Nice review! But one mistake I want to point out is the horizontal concrete structural support across the ceiling is actually called a beam. A column is the vertical concrete support.
Wow!! This just lit up my day=) Thank you very much for the support man. I hope the videos were helpful. Kindly share this with your friends who are in that property hunting mode too!! Once again, I really appreciate the support. New review coming real SOON!!
In terms of presentation, this project is excellent but my parents kept reminding me of "location, location, location". That's why I passed on this project, as the neighborhood is really below average. With another new project destinated to start (Desa Park City), you are also looking at being neighbors with 5 years of noise, dust, and foreign construction workers. After 5 years of suffering (if you have not moved out already), you lost your view to the lake, and face a sudden spike of population (massive traffic jam) day in day out! I also feel that the developer has priced themselves too highly. Their units each is priced above 600K. I wonder how many young people can afford to buy it? 80 percent sold? Really? Good luck! LOL!
Hi there. I do agree about the rule about locationx3, but it really depends on your risk appetite. On a macro scale, it's Jalan Kuching; micro wise, it's Taman Wahyu. Anyway, great point on the construction period. Easily there'll be heavy construction ongoing for at least 5 years before anything concrete could be seen. Sharp observation dude=) Thank you very much for sharing!!
It would be helpful if you would remember the handicapped and their mobility issues, particularly when talking about accessing elevated transit platforms or crossing busy roads.
That's right Mike! But it also depends on how much more unsold units that the developer have at that time as they will be considered as 'unit owners' too. Thanks for watching yea=)
Looks like Ecoworld is having a hard time selling this High end Condo in a not so high end location hence they ask you & Booby Ang(car blogger) to promote. You did a better job in terms of honesty about the location & it's accessibility though IMHO. Make sure Ecoworld pay you well for a great video ya.
@@iherng will it have future growth? I bought lakeville few years ago and the price drop after vp, i wonder after the lake city project develop will help increase the value anot? Should i hold it until the market getting better to sell? I have no knowledge in property investment and last time i make a wrong decision to buy it.
personal opinion : way too small for a yard I really don't like when the kitchen and living area are together, it is better when living room have their own space the same goes for the kitchen
Unfortunately Harry, the unit will look way more narrow and small if they partition the kitchen from the living. But I would suggest if budget allows, a glass partition would be a great solution to your scenario. Anyway, thanks for sharing=)
Haha.. *kantoi It's because that high ceiling is quite rare to find in the later property launches. 2.8m used to the standard but with that extra 400mm, the construction cost would be different as this 400m will need to multiply by how many floors the building have in total. Yea, noted on beams too.. hahaha. Just get too excited during project visits!! Anyway, thank you for sharing your thoughts as well as watching the video yea. I really appreciate it=)
Unfortunately that is how land look like before development takes place. I still remember those days where I'm just supposed to ride on a motorbike across these barren land to inspect underground piping works. It's kinda like looking at raw ingredients before they are transformed into fabulous dishes, hahaha=) Anyway, thanks for sharing yea! As well as watching too!
Just go and look for kuching agents and tell them your requirement. They will be happy to assist you actually because I don't cover as many properties in Kuching.
Hi Charlie, kindly contact Mr Nick who is the sales manager there for more information. He can show you available units across different blocks as well as the ongoing sales promotion. Just tell him you know this project via this channel and he will know what to do=) Thank you very much for watching yea!
Keep up the good work bro! No UA-camrs are doing review on properties.

IKR! what a breath of fresh air
Very informative and thoughtful and corrected subtitles of your own to add in the leftover speech. Excellent job, excellent video!
Wow, thanks for the detailed observations you have. It means a lot.

Hi Sean, I am a HUGE fan of you and watched all of your property review over and over again. Keep up the good work man! Super informative!

appreciate the video u made. i don't have to go to the show room and visit. Thank you!
Really like the layout and design of this condo
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching Zul=)
Hi Sean, really like your rational review of all the project.
May I know what's your take on Lake City? Will you do a review video about that project?
I'll check it out Spencer. Thanks for watching!!
Very good and informative video. Thank you!
You're most welcomed! For your info, this is very close to KL City centre just that the traffic congestion might be a concern=)
When resident MC takes over, it doesn't matter who was the developer
That's right Mike! But it also depends on how much more unsold units that the developer have at that time as they will be considered as 'unit owners' too.

Very informative and simple!!
Glad you think so Azi!!
I stay here n i luv everything bout eco sky😊😄
That's the best thing any architect or developer would want to hear :)
Can I ask you something?
What's the property name near Kerjaya Station JS9 in Persiaran Kerjaya Road?
The condo is just south of the station.

Hi Iherng, can you share ur thoughts on Lakeville which is similar to Ecosky?
From what perspective?

Good content bro. Keep it up
the 3.2m high ceiling was mentioned 40 times in this video 😜
btw columns runs vertically. for horizontal, it is called beams
Haha.. *kantoi

3.2m is hard to construct by builders, all formwork support during casting need to be stronger. Cost is much higher. Source: I work in this line
@@derrickg91 thanks for sharing
The worst is the traffic at Jalan kuching it is sucks
True. But that generally applies to all roads in KL hahaha.
10:45 The view is already horrendous even without the upcoming development.. lol, it's so baren, with mud, and everything is grey.
