Just apporoach the lady or girl. If the girl doesn't like you it's better to find that out straight away. Otherwise you could get caught up in the friend zone where they could waste your time on regular meet ups and money spent on going to resturants for food and drinks and stuff like that when there's not going to be any chance of that friendship progressing any further.
