Enjoyed your vid.. but your labeling is gonna fail inside too. The UV light that helps the seed to grow also makes sharpie fade. Paint markers are the way to go. If you sharpie on some duct tape (prior to removing from the roll) and stick that label UNDERNEATH the jug, that should remain dark enough to read later (since it is protected from the light!). You gotta fix this or in a few months you will not remember what seeds are in what jugs!
