I would love to see a video of you essentially having a discussion with your younger self by reading and comparing your reviews or thoughts and feelings from the first time to now ??!! Me and my boyfriend love your videos 🎉
I don't think I have heard anything other than positive things about, "A Gentleman in Moscow." I don't make official TBRs, but I may have to keep this one in mind for this coming year.
It's a very enjoyable book - well described in the video. The prose is indeed exquisite. Great characterization, and atmosphere. Only misgiving is that the plot is a little unrealistic. But everything else simply forces the required amount of suspension of disbelief.

I knew you’d have some picks if never heard of! I may have to pick some of these up
Guid spending time with you, CamS!
*adding the Revolution of Marina M. to my tbr*
Yay! I've talked about it on my channel before. I read it again this year for the third time. It's one of my favourites.
Welsh mythology you say... I must look into these!
My sobriety date is September 14, 2005. Congrats on your journey!
Amazing! I was September too, but slipped and pushed it back to October. Still a day at a time though. Congrats to you too!

@@spencerburke Thanks!
You won't regret it. I'm quite keen to read it again actually, just for the sheer enjoyment of it.
@@Yesica1993 I've walked past the Metropol for years without a care. But now, I think of Count Rostov as I pass.
