(Fried Chicken, Seafood Pancake, Kimchi Fried Rice)
KOREAN STYLE FRIED CHICKEN:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup rice flour
2 cups water
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chicken powder
1 kg chicken, cut into cubes
Salt and pepper, to season
SEAFOOD PANCAKE:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup rice flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cup water
1 cup fresh milk
2 eggs
2 cups shrimps
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 cups chopped spring onions
Salt and pepper
Sauce:
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced red chilies
1 white onion, finely chopped
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon chili sauce (Korean)
¼ cup water
1-2 tablespoons sugar
Drizzles of sesame oil
