1 kg chicken breast or thigh fillet
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. finely chopped lemongrass
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. calamansi juice
1 tbsp. coconut vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. fresh milk
Garlic oil:
1 cup oil
½ cup pounded garlic, skin on
1 tsp. atsuete powder
Salsa:
Chopped onions
Tomatoes
Salted egg
Cilantro (optional)
