Hey you didn’t emphasise on using which Polling/ Console Update Rate in the Matrix Manager? Is it better to use 1000Hz or just the Standard?
I prefer 1000Hz but you can also use Standard = 125Hz! :)

@@manavsharma5122 The Wooting is the only analog keyboard that works with XIM. Wooting is from Europe, only buy from their website. If you buy anywhere else then it costs twice as much. You will have to wait a few weeks because they are always sold out, but you can preorder from the Wooting website!

Yes absolutely, XIM is also a controller adapter and all of its features work with a controller too including the anti recoil. And yes if two weapons use different recoil pattern then you need different smart actions. I have uploaded videos on how to solve such situations! ;)

Those arent bots but real humans, the XIM Store uses like 10 different anti bot parameters plus any order is checked manually as well. You cannot prevent humans to buy a Matrix and sell it on eBay though.

XIM Apex is quite hardware limited and cannot run the more advanced SAB 3.0 algorithm. So i cannot say how much of this also applies to XIM Apex, sorry.

in ingame settings different acceleration settings in the game affect your aim even of you have advanced controller option disabled so what do you think the best accelarion aettings?

Yes that is true. There is however not a best setting. Acceleration is something you can get used to very quickly. While its not very good, it only takes a few days to get used to it. This is why everyone uses a different setting and there is no "best setting". Personally i prefer as little acceleration as possible (see my ingame settings in this video for that).

Hey, im not sure if you can disclose this but im on XIM4, is there a way around this? Are they detecting non analog movements from the Left Stick or Right Stick analog? Really dont want to buy a new xim, i know its almost a decade old but its not something to just throw away as ive found alot of use out of it and find no need to upgrade.
Hey, you can probably use one of the many ways that bug the trap. For more infos on that you may have to search on Google though, the XIM Company doesnt want to encourage or promote these things.
My Xim matrix arrived 3 hours ago. After 15 minutes setup and 10 more minutes to calibrate my settings I am playing since then.
This product is absolutely GOATED.
I thought because of the Remoteplay stuff there would be a delay or anything like that but holy shit I was wrong.
After over 3 Years of experience with the Xim Apex all I can say is that Matrix outclasses the Apex absolutely.
Mousemovements better ✅
Aim assist better ✅
Smart action „scripts“ ✅
Ps5 compatibility on 120 fps ✅
There is 0 reason to buy any other product.
I hope in the near future we maybe get a Smart action „library“ in the xim forum for different games/weapons.
But even without using smart actions now - the feeling is just wow.

On PS5 no authentication controller is required. You can still use a controller though if you want to! And yes use Ethernet if possible! :)

So you said you have a Wooting 60E which has the analog keys, so doesn’t that mean if you hold the key 50% of the full keystroke your operator should move at 50% speed? If so why did you still bind a walk key? Debating on buying a wooting or just sticking with the Steelseris. Thanks!
Yes that is exactly how the Wooting is working. The walking key is for those who use digital keyboards, which most XIM users probably have. So I have mainly showed it to teach users how to set up a walking key! :)

Hey, the XIM will already come with the right firmware, so technically you must not update it. However you will still have to follow the SAB Guide from the XIM Forum (or the summary of it that is shown in this video).

No sure about Azeron. If your device uses digital input you need to add sab. If it’s a analog device such a controller no sab is necessary.

In game feels very slow i tried changing sens but cant do 180• flicks is this normal i got config off ex #1 player but in game it feels very slow the lower my SAB the more responsive it feels but then when i have it low it sometimes does random things in game like keeps looking to one direction? Do you think i just dont have the right SAB settings?
Hey, im not sure what you mean with it keeps looking into one direction, but the better players usually use very slow sensitivities as you will be more accurate with those. They use large mousepads and aim with their whole arm.

Hey, the mouse runs on 10800 DPI and is a Logitech G Pro X Superlight. The FoV is 84 and the ingame settings have to be the ones from the XIM website! :)

@@AbusiveTv Yes it is, all ingame settings that are mandatory to use are listed there. You can just click on the settings button in your XIM config and it will forward you to the settings (requires a XIM forum account).

@@AbusiveTv Go into your XIM R6 config and at the top you have the option to view the required ingame settings. This will forward you to the XIM Forum (account required). Every game you play will require you to use specific ingame settings, so this is quite important to know how to look those up.

You could use a controller in one hand and the mouse in the other for example. Or switch on the fly. This config type allows you to use more than just a mouse and keyboard.
I noticed your using an old firmware, is the latest firmware also oke/working with the compatibilty of the game?
Use the one linked in the video description, the video shows a firmware that is a few days older.
i got a question to change between different configs what do u have to do? do u have to go to the xim app each time u use a different operator
Either that, or you use config hotkeys to switch via button press. You could also use different groups within one config. For that see my Matrix Group Tutorial video.
I have a Wooting 60E but it isn’t working with the analog keys. Do I have to do anything other than the steps in this video for the analog keys to work? Such as being able to press the key slightly to walk etc? Or is it a setting on the Wooting? I just got the Wooting today.
Please follow the Wooting setup guide for XIM Matrix from the XIM Forum. Yes you must set it up in a specific way! :)
I did the steps from the form. Even after mine still doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t show any keybinds when I go to the matrix manager. Just controller. Is there an easy fix to this? The form just shows the settings for the Wooting and then which gamepad option to choose.
@@papabear123bates8 You must also load your profile via the wooting hotkey combination. Wooting will launch in a digital profile so whenver you launch your XIM you must switch the mode.
Will a razor huntsman mini analog keyboard work u think? Or is the wooting different?
The Razer keyboard only offers analog when the Synapse driver is running in the background. That isnt the case with XIM devices.

@XIM Central yo odin, ive got the wooting now (witch is a great device) I use for analog behaviour and even with hig sab values on aim (90) I still manage to not match game requirements. I lowered sens and dpi to not have fast mouse movements. Have privacy setting ect. What else can I do? Will the sab update you are working on be of any effect?

I use 24k DPI and a wooting Keyboard.
I use the privacy settings in-game at ( 90 Horizontal ) and ( 70 Vertical ) and on the matrix 20 Hip and 40 ads.
In game i run 1.0x 80
2.5 120.
I don t get trapped on 50 SAB but I don t know what in game Privacy settings I should use or what SAB values considering I use a wooting keyboard.
Would like to use a fast sens.
Hey, definitely update to the new XIM beta firmware with Split SAB. Its a big improvement over the one you use! With a Wooting you must not use Move SAB since its analog (if you use it in analog mode of course).
And how do I decrease the SAB values. Just decrease 2 on each of them ?

A digital keyboard can achieve 8 directions whereas an analog keyboard or analog stick can do 1 million different directions. Trying to make 8 directions appear like 1 million will obviously result in a noticeable reduction of the aim quality. Therefore i would recommend to use analog devices for moving (Sony Nav, Wooting, ...).

Analog switches, yes. The Wooting 60HE is an analog keyboard for example and it works with XIM devices.

Same DPI as shown in the config, 10800. DPI doesnt change your sensitivity with XIM Matrix anymore.

Going analog on movement will always be superior to using a digital keyboard. You must not hold the controller in one hand, you could also use a Sony Nav or an Azeron. Even a Nintendo JoyCon is XIM compatible! :)

I was able to download the manager on an android and the sensitivity feels great I’m just not sure what sab values to use. Right now I’m using 50 for all but I don’t know how low I can go with them until activating mouse trap. I’m also using privacy settings and I don’t know if that prevents MT from detecting xim. Also would setting sab on the triggers to 0 make xim more detectable or does it only apply to aiming and movement? I’m on xim apex.

Only the Wooting keyboards are analog in combination with XIM devices. Any other analog keyboard on the market doesnt work with the XIM as those always require the PC driver to run in the background to achieve analog inputs.

Does it have a positive influence if you can play with a 4000hz or even 8000hz mouse rate?
It doesnt, consoles dont support such high polling rates so you get downgraded to USB 2.0 polling rates.

There is a maximum of configs you can have at a time. You can backup configs via the flashtool or config code so you can delete them and recover them in the future again.
For the advanced settings do you set to default and disable it?
Hey, yes exactly. However default settings do not necessarily equal all set to 0. I suggest to reset your entire ingame settings so those advanced settings are truly on their default values.

75 Standard sens for all scopes or 75 1x and all other scopes = the same speed as the 1x?
If you use one sensitivity for all scopes then you have the same pixels covered per swipe sensitivity for every scope.
There's firmware version 20230516 shouldn't we download that one? Also when you put in the dpi your using on the xim app the sensitivity is slower I use 16k dpi and when I put 16k dpi on the app its slow sensitivity and I have to higher hip and sens but if you put 3200 dpi on the app and have 16k on mouse your sensitivity is faster is that a bug?

Yes use that firmware. And yes this sensitivity behavior is intended. This game supports universal sensitivity and as a result you will need higher sensitivity values in some games. So use the correct DPI value in your XIM config.

You lean with your melee and sprint button, so you would need to bind those actions to Q and E.
any photos of it mate ? im actually lost and cant seem to figure it out... so i got my melee as x and sprint as shift. do i have to do another keybind seperate for leaning left and right or do i have to change those to q and e ?

@@collin833 For analog movement either use a analog stick for moving such as holding the controller in one hand, or use an analog keyboard such as a Wooting. For SAB see the SAB Guide in the XIM Forum, or my more comprehensive SAB Guide video.
Does the xim matrix offer the exact same thing on pc mnk as it does on console mnk. Like with anti recoil?

I’m thinking of buying a xim matrix since I use xim apex and don’t want to stop playing mnk on Xbox so thinking about the swap can o still use my same settings that I have on xim apex since I’m 3200 dpi on my mouse like my x/y and all my other settings so it still feels the same but of course it will feel different one more thing how much does the xim matrix
You would need to manually re-create your config settings but yes, if you tweak your Matrix settings accordingly then you can make it feel the same as your current settings. Matrix costs 125$ and will be sold again in 2-3 weeks probably.
Is it normal to have sensitivity on 1000+ ? I used the same dpi as yours but it’s only fast when the sensitivity is a lot higher
Hey, that means your mouse runs on a much lower DPI value. The XIM DPI value doesnt change your mouse DPI, it just tells the XIM how much DPI your mouse is running on. So change the mouse DPI as you would normally do it, then your sensitivity value will also be lower.
How do I set up the other mouse buttons in key mappings? For example, if I want to assign the clutch button at the front of the side buttons to the touchpad, do I use the mouse auxiliary item?
You click the plus button to add a new binding, then select that mouse key, and then you choose which controller action you want to bind to it (see the button binding part of the video).

@@霧乃イオナ-j9o In that case connect the mouse to the PC and change this specific mouse button to a keyboard key via its mouse driver. Save the changes onto the mouse memory so it carries over to the XIM. Then the XIM will recognize it.

With Matrix your DPI doesnt affect the sensitivity anymore for as long as you use the correct DPI value in your config. By using a value that is much lower than your actual DPI value you virtually boost your DPI value, thats why it gets faster.

Hey, that sounds like your other account either uses different ingame settings, or one of your two accounts suffers from the R6 sensitivity bug. For the latter see the XIM Forum on how to fix it (Game Settings Topic).

Does the razer huntsman mini count as a analog keyboard ?
Only when it is used with its Synapse driver. Without the driver in the background its a normal digital keyboard. And since XIM devices cannot run the Synapse driver, the keyboard doesnt work in analog mode. Only the Wooting keyboard does.
Odin bro I’ve save my Logitech Gpro superlight to 12000 dpi in onboard memory but when I change Xim config to 12000 dpi it feels the same as 3200 dpi like I was playing before it only feels fast when I turn the dpi in the config down. Is this a glitch? Also just want to clarify I got top of range mouse and a v good mousepad the hyper x pulsefire would 12000 dpi therefore be my optimal dpi for mouse accuracy?
That is intended. XIM Matrix uses universal sensitivity, so a XIM sensitivity of 50 will always have the same speed regardless of using 3200 DPI or 12000 DPI assuming you tell your XIM the correct sensitivity. This makes it easier to share sensitivities, as the DPI value is now no longer needed!
Can i still use xim apex for R6 or not ?
Im not sure tbh, i havent played with Apex since several months now. Its SAB is far worse than the one of Matrix since its hardware is already so old and cannot run anything better/more complex.

Check if you have any stutter with that DPI value when making slow micro movements. If you dont then yeah theres no problem with using that DPI value!

Hey, you download the manager from the XIM Forum (assuming you refer to the new beta firmware). In this case you cannot use the manager from the App Store anymore.

What keyboard are you using? it sounds like you should check your key bindings in the XIM Manager. You either save several overlapping bindings, or one of your keybinds features several controller actions.
Hey I got this all setup, but can I have help with 1 problem? When I am using wasd I cannot stop progressing forward, backward etc. it’s like there is some stick drag but for my keyboard. How can I fix this?
Hey, does this only happen when you press several keys at the same time? By that i mean there is no issue if you only press W and release it again, with no other keyboard key being pressed.

@@nickbrown9857 The SAB Guide advises to use analog movement to stay compliant. Using a digital keyboard will always cause troubles. Or consider to use an analog keyboard like the Wooting if you dislike Move SAB.
As for the navigation controller, when I set it up as shown in this video, the stick movement and L2 trigger on the navigation controller does not respond at all. the L2 trigger is trying to be used as an aim down sight. Where do I need to re-set this?

@@XIMCentral Thanks, the new firmware has fixed the problem. I was able to set the Y scale percentage for each Hip and ADS in XIM APEX, but with Matrix I could only set the Y scale for the Hip?
@@霧乃イオナ-j9o If in your ADS config you have the box ticked for "Shared aim settings" then you must only adjist it in your HIP config and not do it a second time in your ADS config.

Hey, go into the global settings and do a force library download. After that create a new Rainbow Six Siege config. It will then have the latest translator. As for your other question, to store several recoil profiles in one config please see my "XIM Matrix Groups Tutorial" video on how to do that! :)

Each recoil smart action has been optimized for one specific weapon and attachment setup. In R6 most weapons have their own recoil, and attachments change the recoil pattern too. So using a smart action for weapon 1 on a different weapon 2 will most likely not work.

awesome, im struggling to connvert the recoil percentages to xbox ones, what must be done?
You must only adjust the magnitudes. Xbox uses a slightly different sensitivity so it should be enough to increase or reduce the magnitudes by a multiplier of X%.
the options to pick between analog keyboard and digital keyboard only apply for the xim matrix and not the xim apex??

@@gavinhenderson537 It doesnt make any sense, there must be far more to it than just the curve. Increasing your deadzone can help, yes. That is what the new Split SAB firmware allows you to do too via SAB (new beta).
When I try to program the SAB movement stick (playing on mouse and key) it makes it to where my character won't stop moving and I can't stop this, how do I fix these issues? Also, I borrowed the exact settings of a friend, and I am getting Mouse trap flagged on siege, but he is not, why is this?
You cannot copy the SAB settings of someone else, thats not how it works. You must find your own values that work for you. You should not use a digital keyboard, your Move SAB will have to be so high that it will feel strange (as you explained, it continues to move for a bit).

I play with a very slow sensitivity, so just use your own preferred sensitivity! :)
You paste the code in the first editing screen of your config (advanced settings of the config colour option).

You must measure your cm per 360° ratio with a ruler, then you can transfer it from XIM Apex to XIM Matrix.
