Honestly being one of those officers seems like such a chill job. Just cruising on the water all day talking about fish with other people who like to talk about fish. Love it
No way! Hands down one of the best tasting fresh water fish that you gotta try! Especially around that 11”-12” range. Deep fried, baked, blackened, or grilled all make for a fine meal. Tons of people love em! And they aren’t bottom feeders, they mostly feed on bait fish and small insects/larva and taste way better than catfish!
