I completely agree - 3 months in hospital, searching for hypnotic stories. I didn't find this until a week ago and I've listened every night since. I wish I had found it sooner but I feel so so lucky to listen in. There is something very personal and caring about these recordings. This man must be very spiritual and intuitive. Been listening to this every night for a while now and I somehow always fall asleep. I've been suffering from depression, anxiety and Insomnia for over 6 years and I finally found something that puts me to sleep. I also have PTSD and borderline which makes it soo hard for me to relax in my body and I'm never able to get a quiet moment because my brain is always on and alert ready if something happens... It's been like this for 11years (im 18 now) I wish I would have found something like this sooner cuz this (in a combination with medication) makes my life so much easier. I get about an hour of relaxation every day and I get to sleep in peace all night, with only happy and calm thoughts in my mind.. Thank you so much for making my life better, I really need this

I struggle heavily with anxiety and insomnia and relaxing at night in general, have all my life. But putting my phone under my pillow and listening to these puts me to sleep in less that 30 minutes, and it’s so refreshing to wake up in the mornings with a full nights rest under my belt, instead of tossing and turning and getting so mad at myself that I can’t just go to sleep. Hello Stephen, here is a story. I have listened to several times that I really enjoy. I haven’t got much experience in riding a train, but I do love the sound of the steel wheels running over the tracks. And the whole idea of the orient express has always fascinated me pure richness where people really knew how to travel. What do you think? Is this the way the cars really looked l hope so.

I had spent 13 months in Vietnam 1 month in Africa so 14 months without seeing my dad. I was given a 2 week leave. I was at LAX trying to get home. Every seat was taken I was sitting on the floor looking dejected and some guy thanked me and gave me his ticket. I will never forget that,
I can usually fall asleep ok but staying asleep is a problem for me. Your stories seem to help me with that. Last night was the third time I've listened to this one and I've yet to hear the end. I love your accent and find your voice very soothing and relaxing. So glad I found your channel

I have fallen asleep to very low volume meditation and landscapes type music for probably 30 yrs now, and recently I wondered if there was a such thing as adult bedtime stories and decided to search on youtube. Although there is a good amount of them, I am unable to listen to any of them because the story teller's voice's are just not quite enough, and doesn't seem to have the type of calm and softness needed, for me anyways , like even turning the volume down doesn't make a difference, their voices actually jolt me back awake if i am falling asleep even on a very low volume, so I had given up on the whole adult bedtime story thing, but 4 days back your Paris one showed up, and I thought ok, ill give it one more shot... and the rest is history :)

Hi Patsy, You can't disable the ads unless you have UA-cam premium. But on my stories, the ads are intentionally placed at the start so that they don't interrupt your sleep. I hope that adds clarity for you. Stephen :)
