We suggest a two sided shedding blade. You can buy them everywhere. They cut shedding season in half. It makes the blowing of their coats out almost enjoyable. And it works faster for those of us who husks run and hide the second they see a brush.

My dog washer trims my two boys nails and cleans their ears when she washes and blow dries them every 4 weeks. She comes to the house and only charges Aus$30 per dog. They get a deod spray and a treat too, and most importantly they really love their baths!

We have a big FLOOOOOFY Maine coon cat. Floof everywhere . I used to use the furmimator too on my Spikey . I had so much fur from just one brushing that I could make a new dog.

Use a rubber glove 🧤or a squeegie (one of those things that cleans a car window) they gather hair on fabric really well!

I took my Lab to PetSmart grooming, furminator bath, brushing, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and nails ground $74.
Looks alot like my Lab fur, a brushing would fill a garbage bag. The know what they are doing, all kinds of dogs every day and my dog loved it.
Good morning. I noticed a wire leash on your huskies…what brand and length are they wearing and also were they attached to a cork metal yard stake skewed into the ground? My huskie, Ghost is a rescue 1 1/2 years old and this dog has chewed through after being tethered, two nylon leases, an extension cord, 3 corded heavy duty ropes, my door frame, and part of my wooden fence. What should I do to safety and SECURELY tether my huskie out of doors? BTW, love your videos

I just got a husky he is only 2 1/2 months old and is kot eating his food. We started him off with soft food and have loved him up to hard puppy food but he is kot eating it. Now he will eat bananas, eggs and regular cooked meat. What other dog food should I try?

I've been told that I should cut my mix breed 50% siberian Husky's butt fluff with hair scissors , but I know that they have a special coat and trimming can hinder them rather than help them. Please help. Should I trim the butt fluff (pantaloons) with hair scissors or should I use the furminator on the butt fluff?

Question: why did you name yr male husky B.spears? Curious why since it's a female name/pop star & he's a male. I'm a new follower & owner of huskies. My current one is a female rescue and my 4th husky. I had 2 female sisters prior for 16 years & prior to those two was my 1st love, Niki a female husky as well. Anyways, I just enjoy yr vids bc it's nice seeing how much luv & teaching you do including your fur babes. I rescued this time & prob will moving forward bc there are so many that get bought as puppies & then get abandoned or lost bc of wildness that people dont realize when they buy as pups...any 💗 yr vids. Keep educating the public! Hopefully w knowledge less will be @shelters. Ps. I learned more on this segment than I knew on care. Also love how they sit for grooming. Mine never did. Fought me always a battle. 🙄
why use a furminator and risk damaging the upper coat when you can get the same results or better using an undercoat rake to get all that fur which, is under the top coat anyways?

I have a VERY floofy husky australian shep mix I rescued. Which brush do you recommend? Do they have blades? Is this risky/can it hurt or cut the pup?
She was abused so have to be careful and gentle in everything I do with her.
start out with a regular brush, one that you would use yourself, something soft and easy on the fur. And if your dog does good with this and you need more, move to a brush that has finer teeth like the furminator!

I don't know if you've done a video about this or not, but what are some of the best things to feed huskies? My husky Lucinda got pregnate by my neighbors boxer(he came into our yard) and I want to make sure to do as much research as I can before she has them. She has been refusing her normal dog food and is only wanting human food now.
If your husky isn't eating normal kibble try to upgrade to wet food, that usually piques the appetite. If that doesn't work, then boiled chicken and white rice is okay to give to your dog. If your dog doesn't eat ANYTHING - take them to the vet.

I always joke with my fiance how I have enough fur to stuff a Build a Bear plush after brushing out my 12 pound dog. She isn't even that big, I think she is a chihuahua/papillon mix.

That's probably best, but the fur isn't bad for the environment. In fact birds in the area benefit from it, but picking it up and using it as nesting material. We have a lot of geese and birds in our area!

What about a wooly husky?
Wooly huskies may require a bit more grooming. Like trimming for example. Never shave a husky - but when they have long fur, it's okay to trim it a little.

I have a wooly husky! We don’t really trim her hair but we have to brush her once a day for knots and whatever else she decides to hide in her fur lol we use the furminator on her and it’s awesome, we vacuum twice a day sweep 4 times a day and bathe her once a week.
I have a Roomba.. and it doesn't work for me. I only have one husky, but it gets clogged with hair before it's even half way done. I don't want to clean it every 10 minute just for it to do its job. So I just sweep everyday rather than use the robot.. was a waste of money for me.
