Spring has arrived, and with it comes a change in our bodies. To help the body prepare for the season many are considering going back to the gym or cleansing. One popular medical procedure is colon cleansing or colon hydrotherapy. This is a process that involves flushing out the large intestine with a liquid such as water. Well, this morning we find out more about this procedure and we're joined in studio by Antonia Gamble, one of the first Colon Hydrotherapists in South Africa, whose knowledge and experience in colon therapy is exceptional.
