Hey Mark, I really love how you interview people. You let them get their point across without cutting in, then ask great questions when there's a break. About halfway through the podcast I watched the Showtime Documentary about Greg, then went back and finished the podcast. What a remarkable and inspirational story indeed! I'm glad Greg didn't go the path of revenge, forgiveness is far more satisfying (when you can get there.) A lovely quote from Joel S. Goldsmith about forgiveness: "To forgive is difficult because forgiveness has always implied the forgiving of an actual wrong done, which in some way one is supposed to forget. This is rather difficult to do. It is far easier to forgive if you can see that the reason that you think a wrong has been done to you is because you were expecting something from someone, and you had no right to expect anything from anybody. So, in the beginning it was your fault; you brought it on yourself. You expected something of someone; therefore, that person did to you what you are having a hard time forgiving. If you had not expected anything of him, however, you would have nothing now to forgive, and you would be at peace." ❤

Watched “Outcry” a few years ago. It popped up again and I watched the first episode. Excited to listen to what’s been going on lately.
Good to see things worked out with the faithful lady!

I'm in my 50's. And over most of those years, I always believed that the lawyer representing the state (aka: The Prosecutor/District Attorney) was always part of the team known as 'the good guys'.
Well, in cases such as this (and many others such as the Duke Lacrosse players, the West Memphis 3, etc), it reveals just how corrupt and idiotic the way of the 'justice' (more like INjustice) system is.
So... basically if a D.A. is nearly 100% sure he/she can get a criminal conviction of someone, they'll decide to prosecute the case. This leads to a TRIAL.
A TRIAL reveals facts/evidence that leads to 1 of these 3 outcomes:
    1. Conviction
    2. Acquittal
    3. Hung jury/mistrial
But here is where the shocking/eye-opening part of this process is revealed:
We, as a society, have been led to believe (that a D.A.'s role is to get & present the facts/evidence & REGARDLESS of the details revealed from those facts/evidence... the final verdict should be based on verifiable facts/evidence).
BUT -- that is WRONG. A D.A.'s MAIN GOAL IS TO GET **CONVICTIONS** (NO MATTER IF THE EVIDENCE POINTS TO AN ACQUITTAL)!!!
When I finally realized this, I do NOT trust the government and their FLAWED 'justice' system.
All that said, I'm glad he is bouncing back from this NIGHTMARE. His attitude is how he is going to survive this trauma.
GODSPEED, SIR! Good luck, my fellow Christian!

Thats why I can't fully support laws like in Louisiana to fully castrate child offenders. It's a tough one, because I would definitely think it would protect children but if we get it wrong, thats the worst possible outcome. Mistakes happen in our court system, as you can see here.

Justice is blind for people who dont have millions behind them. I am so happy you have prevailed The fact that your love for your wife in your heart is what love is. So many people mistake sex as love. Its just a extra. Your strength is absolutely a shining example of real life and the trials we endore. You are so artculate and smart. Love to you and your family.

Look up the Karen Read case. She has spent over 5 million on her defense and is still getting screwed. Corrupt cops and DA office. Unlike this case the FBI is involved investigating the investigation thankfully.

What a terrible thing to happen to such a good young man. I’m glad he was surrounded by good people who loved him. I hope the police who basically framed him were punished. Wishing him all the very best in his future. He deserves good things 💙💙💙💙

The boy named the person by name Gregg Kelley and exactly what happened. Jonathan McCarty didn’t assault the boy. He was never charged and never convicted.
Evidence shows McCarty didn’t carry out the crime.
the boy described certain physical attributes of his perpetrator, which McCarty doesn’t have.

Please help us. We have been targeted by a hacking group for at least five years. You understand the misjustence. Please help. You've done well. You've been through so much. Please help us to find the right path to get help. They have ruined all our relationships with family and friends. We thought we were keeping to ourselves but really we were giving them more time to ruin us. No good reason except we were easily blindsided by our medical thefts and spreading bad reputations before we knew what the were doing. The story goes on and on.
He needs surgery now. And we have Noone to believe us but what can we do? Our lives have only gotten short now at the very least, he deserves more than me. He's been by me this while time. Even my daughter doesn't believe me or mother in law. I'm sorry, I don't know who to turn too bless you just the same
