Man, you are so right about everything you said I went through some of the same similar stuff that you went through, but I was able to after deliver all my packages that I had for the other post office. I was able to go back and take that last one that I had back and put it inside this crate that they have and they gave me the code to it so that kind of worked out but yeah you absolutely right by everything you said I feel you on that thanks Man.

I had a similar issue yesterday I was on time, pulled up and the postal truck pulled in front and I had to wait 20 mins for them to unload which caused me to be late. I put the updates as far time and why I was late in the app but ended up receiving a call from ROC to ask what was the reason for the delay and what’s my ETA. Why not look in the notes and further more I’m unloading trying to get out of there!
SPEAK!!!! There are very stretchy people around the post offices in TN! The post offices never open! The driver calls me all times of night! This is 1000 percent true
It’s said that post office have containers at the facilities in which Amazon should provide you with the lock code. There is where you’re too off load the pallets into during after hrs.

Are the distances on the contract high mileage? Or is it worth locking in because mileage is good? With load board can you pick up loads through out the day or is it just morning and night?
That all depends on what you consider to be high mileage. Some days could be an 8 hr day some shorter or longer. It's all based on the volume needed to be moved. Amazon will take full advantage of trucks running their contracted freight. 8hr solo / 13hr solo shifts. Loads run all times of day and that depends on what's available in your market. Volume varies market to market. ✌🏼
Can Amazon verify the POs be opened at the required time? After hearing im questioning the availability of Amazon to assist in fixing this. And you get penalized because of their lack of communication.
Been running Amazon relay for almost 4 yrs. One thing I want to mention is if you’re booking loads that go back to the amazon warehouse if they cancel 1 leg of the load then they will deduct from your payout. Point is it’s not worth getting those kind of loads
i know its not proper procedure but ive left pallets at the door of post office back door many times and never had a problem, but i will say i then try to avoid these routes
Be very careful doing that, definitely run the risk of suspension if the post office reports it. If they don’t, obviously they don’t have an issue with it. Some will snitch 😂🤷🏾
Hi I’m new to the game. Waiting for my 180 days to haul relay. Do you have any insight to what the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine relay board is looking like?
I’m a year in and haven’t used my rely account more than once bc I only get loads picking up from 11 pm to 2am and hardly ever over 2.00 per mile. Is it just my location?

Thanks for the great info as usual Big Vic.I feel you bruh, we got 5 trucks, Amazon needs to tighten up ASAP! I have a Amazon issue I would like your opinion on sir. Amazon just implemented their new Safety Scoring system into Relay. The system added 40 extra points to our Unsafe Driving section totaling 91 whuch caused a suspension, when on the BASICS FMCSA website it's a 51 as its been for the past 3 months. I was advised my our MMPM to email the Carrier Safety department. It's been 30 days no response smdh. What do you recommend I do sir?
Bezos makes way too much money for Amazon Relay, to have low paying loads. To include ROC being a joke. They seem to be clueless. I say that all of the time about the domino effect. That app should automatically update all stops thereafter.

They will have the RoC team make contact, if no response you’re asked to proceed to next stops.

You may lose some fuel surcharges but you don’t lose any of the base pay. That base pay is guaranteed regardless of what leg gets cut. ✌🏾

And they don’t wrap the skids correctly and the pallets fall over and Amazon rebuilds them and hold you up no matter how early you are

Sounds like you did all you can do. Follow back up with your MMPM. Or try and chime someone from that Carrier Safety Dept.
