In Hamilton County, blood pressure affects over 89,000 people. Our neighbors and friends are dealing with a silent killer, but we can help. Underserved areas in Tennessee don’t have access to good education, economic stability, healthy food options, or a safe neighborhood. We've provided over 200 blood pressure cuffs for patients to monitor their blood pressure from home.
