No dear it will not give u that shade of golden & silver ...I have tried but fail ....and this trick works ....the colour whichi used are basic can be purchased

Would golden or yellow color gel work? and are you adding hot or cold water to the pan. I feel like many of the instructions escape because they are not very thorough in English. I'm just not sure how sanitary that plastic folder was. looked like a used folder, so it couldn't have been clean enough for an edible product. I was a bit taken back by this. shows right away this is not the US
no golden and gel colour does not work in this method I have tried it does not came out well .....I have took normal water at room temp.....and my folder was just used before this video for colourful gliter and I used it continously for my video both are for edible gliter made on same day .....
We can also make gold using primary colours but that should be metallic

I tried this for orange color and this came out very good but you need to make In large quantity so it will be easy to grind in the jar. Mine was very less in quantity so it's not that fine.
