No mate. Real Estate is a full time gig mate. It will consume most of your time. Focus on your business in trying to scale it. But Real Estate is something you have to be 100% head in the game. It’s not worth losing your business for. FYI it doesn’t matter if you’re in real estate in Dubai, London or Dublin it’s the same commitment.

You have 15k subs on YT that’s incredibly hard to achieve. And you’ve done it. Your content is great and I’m sure your channel will continue to grow and a rapid pace over the next year. Especially now it’s more of a focus and you have more time to dedicate to it.
    Keep it up mate 👍👍

I thought this! I’ve never work for commission only I just relate it to slave labour! Don’t get me wrong if you’re successful at it, definitely be worth it but it’s a small percentage that make it & the most successful are the companies who get paid for all the free labour! Zack work his arsed off & the life experiences he got will be worth way more! things with life if you don’t try you’ll always wonder or regret. I believe ironically you’re UA-cam will be your be ultimate success, keep going & enjoy crazy experiences of life 😅

Zac on a serious note, you're a decent dude. You can be steady on here just stand vlogging etc but my advice is (i know you're not asking for it) but consistency! Its the biggest thing, DAILY videos and sticking to that for the grind. Daily vlogs will keep you afloat.
But dont just say it. Do it. Ive been a long watcher a while and seen the different things you do, the hustle university, dubai, amazon and greece. The only thing you miss is the consistency. Thats all i want from you. Just stick to it and keep it going.
You're a good guy. It'll keep you afloat.

No shame in admitting it didn't work out. I've every confidence you'll use the experience to better yourself.
I worked in an office for 10+ years but got fed up and quit my job with nothing to go to to obtain my Class 2 license. Been doing it 18 months now and it's the best work decision I've ever made.
You strike me as someone who may like that kind of work. I sub to a few of the HGV vloggers and with you having a delivery background it might be good work wise and also for UA-cam content.
Best of luck whatever you decide to do 👍

Glad you’ve got a positive head on mate. I had a similar experience. Bought a barbers in lockdown (stupid I know). I Wasn’t even fully trained up at that point and with me having to close and open and close again for covid I took on 3 jobs to be able to pay the bills at the barbers. A year later I had nothing left so had to sell up. At first I was devastated and embarrassed that people would think I’m a failure. I soon realised it taught me so many lessons and it actually came to be a great experience. I dive past that same barbers everyday and I always have a little smile because even though it didn’t work out, I’ve become a better person off the back of that. Fast forward a year again and I’m now in a comfortable job paying decent enough money and I’ve just stated a new business from scratch. None of this would of been possible if it wasn’t for getting that barbers shop! Just remember mate, everything happens for a reason.

I am super proud of the fact that you tried Zac in Dubai. Massive respect to you for getting up and getting yourself out there to try and make it work. My only small critical bit of feedback was and is that your partner (and I could be wrong here so apologies if I am) should have also been working too. I think I recall seeing or hearing she was studying. In the UK nowadays it isnt uncommon knowledge that one source of income is not enough and I know in Dubai whilst the potential rewards are high people need in your shoes could also try reduce the risk even by 5% by having another potential income stream (i.e. your partner working). Everyone in life needs a little help now and then and theres no shame in that. Even if she studied and worked on the side for a few months whilst you kept grinding and trying too. Even if it meant she did the hours you did in looking for part time work and killing it to give you both a little bit more time out there you know? Keep your head up. I wish you all the best and I know you will be successful in life 🎉
