I really love how this turned out! I especially love the grey lines. It looks like they're outlining the rings. That makes the pinks pop. Love the color splits. Love the yellow. Really like this shirt!!! 🥰🥰🥰
That's awesome!!! Wow! I tried your reverse dye geode and had a green shirt that lightened so.e but didn't "bleach" out. It still had some cool lines/geodes.
Thank you! Not all shirts will lighten to the taupe color. If the shirt has a lot of blue, most of the time the blue part will just lighten a little and not go to taupe. I'm sure a geode with green lines looked cool. 😀
The tip from you about fully drying tied garments before ice dying has upped my dye quality more than any other. I get very good saturation due to following this advice. I actually laughed at your playing the odds statement when it comes to pinks. It's so true. I love Sweet Pea from Dharma. Well, I guess I should say I love the idea of the color, because I don't think I've ever actually seen it on a piece of clothing. I keep trying though. When I want pink I tend to reach for my red swatches.
That's great, I'm so glad it helped you. I was struggling with white areas on my geodes and mandalas until I started allowing them to dry. I think it makes a huge difference. I do think pinks can be so iffy when it comes to ice dyeing. I agree about Sweet Pea, it's a pretty color, but not for ice dyeing. Substituting red is a really good idea! I guess I need to make a list of the pinks that I can't use for ice dyeing. That would help my odds. 😀
For a chalk pencil that works on dark fabric, try General's chalk pencil in white. That brand specifically. It's really effective. Thanks for the videos.
It works!
Thank you! 😀
It’s very pretty
Thank you so much! 😀
It's perfect. i think the taupe looks great with the pink. There's just enough balance. Super cute!!!
Thank you! 😊
Looks great!
Thank you! 😊
Very cool. Really has a Hippie vib to it.
Thank you! 😀
I like the taupe. More taupe would be great also as all of the pink is maybe a bit overwhelming.
Thank you! I agree that the taupe helps to break up the color some. 😀

Baby pink never works for me, either, Angie. I love your shirt, it's super cool. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! 🤗
Looks nice! I think turquoise would add a pop with all those colors as well.
Thank you! Turquoise would give a cool pop of color in this shirt. 😀
Definitely a cool looking shirt I like the parts that didn’t dye thanks for sharing. 😁✌️

Try China Markers, they are heavier Tailor markers
