I have the same-year tractor, I will change the oil for winter snow plowing. It will be my first oil change but I am putting in 0W-40. I called my dealer, and for our climate in NW Wisconsin, 0W-40 synthetic is the best to use. I didn't see you oil up the oil filter gasket, maybe I just missed it. I'll keep looking for you using your tractor.
I definitely oiled the gasket. Good call on the oil. How do you like your tractor. We love ours. Use it all the time
