@@ryankos6500 not more than anything - the owners, the club's structure, the spending and contract negotiations, the youth progression system - all these are problems that should be resolved and departments that should be functioning properly irrespective of who the manager is and they're bigger issues than how often the manager is changed.
Changing the manager won’t change much if all the same big names in the dressing room stay. The same problems will crop up no matter who the manager is with these players.
Jay's morning news report is now part of my daily routine. Like a warm cup of tea, seeing his shiny head in the Manchester morming haze just sets me up the right way, every day.

Ten Hag next season, definitely! With Utd restructuring upstairs he will thrive like he did at Ajax. The modern game needs a good management structure upstairs to get it right on the pitch, the Bin Dippers and the noisy neighbours are testament to that! We cannot keep changing managers hoping that we get someone that might stubble across the magic formula with this group of players!
Completely agreed, but Nagelsmann would be an interesting option and if we can keep him on the back burner for 12 months whilst Erik gets his chance next season that would be ideal IMHO.

Get rid of Ten Hag, anyone with some knowledge knows he can't stay. How you expect to win any game by giving up 30 shots, this isn't a NHL game or a basketball game where you sit your ass in your half for the whole game. You ain't going to win the premier league or champions league, by parking the bus and playing like a relegation side. Whats worse is even if he is facing relegation sides, his gameplan is still to give up 30 shots to them.
The sooner you guys start talking about why United is always open in the Medfield the better.... We have Brono who's not creative anymore... He can't dribble or hold on to the ball, weak, always falling and complaining ... Can't even run with the ball with confidence and off the ball he's awful.... And we have an old Casamiro who can't run anymore and our favorite young star Maino who still learn more when coming to other aspects of the game instead of expecting a lot from the kid.... The sooner we sort the above mentioned problems, the better

Shaw over a 10 year period has missing about 50% of league games. If he doesn’t play again this season then he’ll be bang on 19 league game average per season with 191 league games since joining in 2014. A problem position but only based on fitness as both shaw and malacia are good enough players for the roles they’re meant to fulfil

At ajax , the football he played caused problems for everyone . He did that with a young team that gets dismantled every year when players get sold . He never got to his team grow together and reach it's full potential / maturity .
That is what United as a club can offer him , the chance to build a team with even better players & keep it together till it reaches full potential . The potential is really high , but we have to stick with it through the process to realise it .

I keep Ten Hag for another season and see where end up. If don't challenge for the league next season or get in the Champions League place then I think we should get rid of Ten Hag. The big problem with changing ETH, if that decision is needed, I'm ETH in. Is that the euros will mess up when a manager can start or when players return for preseason. It makes more sense to give ETH more time with players who he already has relationships with.

I think Ratcliffe should put it to the fans wether we want EtH to stay or not. I think most fans would prefer him to stay. We all said about sticking with the next manager we got and not getting rid of him in a couple of seasons , like we have been doing the last few years!!! Also he must have had the worst run of bad luck with all these injuries in any of the recent managers. The fact that he has been playing under the Glazers regime means he has had to take the blame for the panic buying of Antony and Casemiro. Plus he’s had to deal with their mess from before he even joined Ronaldo Sancho etc… I think he has handled it well, not so good this year, yet I don’t think any other manager could have managed it better!!!!
Imo he has to be given a new contract starting from scratch, under the new infrastructure, as he has 2yrs experience of the club already and he’s very good at working with the youngsters coming through, which is a remit of SJR’s. Quite simply he deserves a fair chance at the club starting from the end of this season, and I reckon he’ll be either winning the league or champions league in the next 2-3seasons nobody else will do that for us!!! Problem with Malacia is that he is going to be 25; and he is earning 90k/week. He is not that good. In comparison ScottMcT at 28; earns 60k/week. Malacia as a back up should be earning that much only.
With regards to the managers; Tuchel is easily the best amongst them. But then again; whilst Jose was the best in terms of back to back UCLs with 3 trophies; only an inexperience Ole really played it to perfection what we want to see; with the UCLs alas no trophies.
