Happy Birthday Mainoo, Happy Birthday Me, This Is The Way!
Rebuild our whole club especially players - Kobbie key to our future don’t know about Casemiro - big up Jay love these short news summaries 👍
I think Cas can play himself back up to speed, but games are running out for this season. He needs a good pre season during summer and maybe drop some weight.
Cash in on Casemiro. Not Mobile enough for our counter attacking Style....Cashmiro
Fans who have never hung a shelve telling man utd what they have to do when it comes to re building is hilarious
Man united have always really helped former youngsters especially if they need somewhere to train after an injury or if they havnt got a club. Its so good to hear they will do more.
I love that ratcliffes come in and changed so much, you can see the results speak for themselves 🤫
One of the best, if not THE best birthday tributes ever recorded.
21 goals in erdevisie is equivalent to like 5 in the prem
Hahaha Jay at the end.😂😂😂
Regarding the revamp, it needs to retain the red brick elements.
Real Madrid and Barcelona don't have a RAILWAY LINE NEXT TO THEIR STADIUMS
When I see games at Wembley, West Ham or City’s stadiums I always think it looks worse because the seats are too spread out. Every fan looks like they have too much room. Old Trafford looks like the fans are packed in and it aids the atmosphere
Just build it new. Huge difference between us, Spurs, Barca & Madrid is that they're all heavily limited by land options in heavily urban cities. If they had what we had aka huge areas of empty lands that's mostly car parks, ticket office & even shipping terminal they would've build new right next door. Even from a regeneration perspective it's easier & better to rebuild further back as where the ticket office is now, demolish OT & then you've for a huge area in front of the stadium for other facitlis & developments. The price of a refurbishment is frankly silly & heavily limited by the houses/train track & we're literally structurally rotting. Atmosphehere has been shit for decades & despite changes nothing fixes it, a new stadium would be better to allocate fans with newer safe standing & loads more fan friendly stuff. Only iconic thing about OT can be moved e.g. trinity statue, rebuild a new Munich tunnel & as for stands just keep the names easily done by north or south as the orientation of the new stadium would stay the same. Refurb costs are silly & would do it again in 15-25 years.
Jay at the end 😂😂😂😂
I’m on the fence weather to rebuild OT or move to a completely new stadium! Both have their merits
Revamp the stadium and rebuild the surrounding areas job done.😊😊😊
In this moment of time have no fear our gary nev will sort the new stadium all by himself.
Rebuild. Take advantage of the fact that there’s land. This allows the remaining vacant areas to be redeveloped properly. Hotels and Restaurants.
The crescendo of passion for Manoo at the end was perfect 😂
The last 30 seconds are gold 😂😂😂😂
Jay , you are the GOAT , that last part was brilliant !
New Trafford and Old Trafford sounds good to me. We can keep the original for big youth games for example.
Yes happy birthday to the young prince Koby Mainoo
rebuild got to update with the times
Manchester United is the name, the history, the club, the team ... not the building. Build a new one and make it the best in Manchester, the best in the UK.
Love the rant about Kobie. He's becoming what I thought Mcctominay would be.
I think that whatever they end up building will be an improvement on OT!! I don’t want to see them knock it down, though being realistic, I think they will have to. If we want to have a 100,000 capacity. Though I agree with Howson on the extra 1999 so 101999 capacity in tribute to the treble, but whatever happens I think SJR will do us proud and G.Nev of course. One worry I have is that because Seb Coe is on the board I hope we don’t end up with a running track around the pitch??? Like West Ham. It’s got to be just a football stadium imo!!! Hit like if you agree with me 🤣🤣only messing around.✌🏼✊🏼&😀 too all the true United supporters who are on here.
Alumni programme fantastic
There is parts of the stadium, particularly NE quadrant near the pitch where not only do my legs not fit but there’s also fucking bolts sticking out of the seats in front of you.
Lier…
Jay that ending was brilliant🤣🤣🤣🤣
PS Happy Birthday Kobbi
We all feel the same way
Manchester United is scoring on training but not on the pitch why
Revamp the stadium & maintain our heritage!
Hard to tell because of a world Cup in a stupid place in the calender, hopefully case can improve his form though
Ay I can't believe you didn't mention Danny wrlbeck when you were talking about former players named Danny.
Thought u are telling us their plan as said.
Keep the old one and build a magnificent one
Afternoon Jay
Knowing Sir Jim he will look tol tear apart Old Trafford so be can begin to frack on our House Old Trafford...
Composed right to the very end jay 😂😂😂
There’s simply not enough room inside and outside of the present stadium. NEW BUILD REQUIRED !
When rebuilding the ground rebuild the whole team as well.
Do other clubs have a after care program? Definitely something to be proud of
We do need another number nine. I'd like to see if that kid in the U18s can make the step up though. They beat Liverpool 9-1 recently and I think he got four goals. Wheatly or something. Tall kid, quite fast, and has that killer instinct it seems.
I like Hollund, but he's got a bit to learn yet. He is strong and can hold the ball up very well. He is also very hard working and determined. That's important for a number nine. What am not seeing as much of is him being the one who wins the ball from corners and heads in it, e.g., like Kane. That and making the kind of runs that other forwards and midfielders see and can make the right pass for, so it ends up in the back of the net. It comes natural to some strikers, but others have to learn it on the job.
CR7 is a great example of that. He was not at all a number nine or a striker when he arrived at MUFC. He was a show off step over kid who played on the wings. Then he learned and learned well. Rooney on the other hand was a natural striker from a very young age. He probably popped out of his mother, tore the umbilical cord off, and then made a run towards goal 🤣
Leaks and broken concrete can be revamped. It just needs the focused investment
Knock it down and build the best stadium in the world fir the best club in the world
It's a hard one because it would be really nice to get rid of the debt first were in because if we build a new stadium it will be more debt and to revamp old Trafford will also put us in more debt but something has to be done also stay away from from these ajax players just look how bad Anthony been this season
Wouldn’t it make sense to sort the team out first
I would love to see brain to Manchester United next
Man Utd needs a whole rebuild the team and the stadium.
Notice: every Eredivisie player, especially in positions United is in need of being better, is linked with -- United.
Notice that a complaint about ten Hag is him seeking out Eredivisie players to come to - United.
But. According to these same news rags -- ten Hag is gone at season’s end.
Make it make sense.
The roof needs a rebuild as does the facade 100%, you could do that without destroying it's character
Happy birthday Kobbie if you watch this 100%✊🏼 to you. Sheer Class is the only way to describe you 8:28
He’s only 32…. he like the rest of the squad is playing injured and running on empty. This is not the decline of Casemiro.
Of course there will be reluctance to go for a new stadium. People don’t like change, but if we want to be the best in every area, it needs to be a new stadium and the best stadium in the country.
@INEOS WILL BUILD A NEW STADIUM
because a revamp would take longer and we wouldn't be able to play there while construction is going on. The loss of match day revenue will be telling on P&S rules
PLUS
The railway line is a nightmare to go over. A tunnel would be needed through the Sir Bobby Charlton stand and would cost hundreds of millions
REINVEST NOT DESTROY 😡
Knock the whole thing down. Fresh New state of the Art stadium needed. Fresh New United, no more fergie era stuff.
We need a new modern stadium !!!
We need a new modern manager!!!
The seats are too tight, the view is not great, the refreshments facilities are burger bar class, needs a stadia like Tottenhams, just squashed.
If i was the build a new united ground it would be a minimum 100k capacity built in an long oval style like a modern day circus maximus
Jay repping for Todd "Hyper" Boehly once again
Investing 2 bil on the stadium when the team and training camp is a shambles sounds crazy to me but what do I know
Be bigger. Bring more revenue in. More to spend. Long term view
You ok jay 😂😂😂
hahahahahahaha .... Jay's Kobie rant
Rather see a squad revamp first
Why are politicians getting involved in the stadium revamp? Will this be used as an excuse for not revamping the squad
Because the stadium district is just one part of the wider Trafford Wharfside regeneration project, and these things are always delivered through public-private partnerships.
Cole Palmer to united.
We can dream. Be a last year of his contract before we have any chance of that happening
i said this a few times, he's a Red so shouldn't be hard to convince him
ehhh 🤦♂️
@@chetk8413He was a red as a kid.
@@robertbrown7408 Born in Manc so still a red I bet deep down
Think a revamp is a better idea than a rebuild to be honest
Why, where do you sit..?
You can’t rebuild a new stadium lol.
Looking at the various new stadium projects around the world , I can’t see how we build a new stadium for 2 billion. I’m thinking more 3.5 to 5 billion
Juve built one for £200m. I can't see how united can't build one for £2bn - that's twice what spurs spent (in London, the most expensive area) and they're widely considered to have the best club stadium in the world.
@@mundolioknows6447 yeah but it’s not state of the art like spurs stadium nor is it 100k capacity , that’s only 41k capacity and was built nearly 13 years ago , have you seen the prices of tools , equipment, material and labour nowadays 😂😂 ohh and inflation that would be atleast 800-1 billion if it was built in 2024
@@256united I'm not saying juve's stadium is what we should be going forv, just using it for context. But I doubt that shitty stadium would cost anywhere near £1bn now. As I said, spurs' stadium cost £1bn and I believe it's the most expensive in Europe, I seriously doubt united would need to spend 3 or 4 times that.
@@mundolioknows6447it's mad to think Spurs' stadium, the most expensive in Europe costs the same as 12 Harry Maguires
@@mundolioknows6447 well for context it’s gunna be atleast 40k more seats , they gotta spend money on other stadium infrastructure the possible planned complex , the deconstruction of old Trafford possibly re doing that unless they don’t have plans to do that
And yeah that huge stadium is crap
Downsize OT and use for women, U21 & U18’s, and build new stadium next to it
Whats that you say, Real beat the berties? Please tell me more......
We shouldn't knock down Old Trafford we need to better. We're the best club in the world. We need to be better than the Milani and Real Madrid. We're Manchester United
I don't think it is plausible to revamp OT.
It is in such a crap state that it will cost extremely much money to do it and the chances are that they will need to go way over budget to do it because you can be 100% sure that some unknown extremely expensive crap that will show up when they start the revamp.
Thinking a revamp will be cheaper is fantasy from fans being clueless about the state OT really is in and what revamps of something like the OT cost.
Specially when they intend to make it bigger with space for more fans coming to games.
A total rebuild will most likely be cheaper with few risks of unknowns and the end result will most likely be better to much better.
We need to stop with the nostalgia in the building and want a stadium that can be the best possible for many many years in the future.
How is ineous making all these grand plans when they don't hold the majority. ?
During the takeover the Glazers tried to sell their stake at a premium. But it's against the law to just sell their shares at the agreed premium, the selling opportunity has to be proportionally divided across all share holders.
So I think it's already agreed Ineos will do a full takeover eventually. But they're going to do it in a sneaky and slimey way so the Glazers can get their premium and the other shareholders can't
@@ctb1977 Ooh that's a very interesting bit of information. Thank you. I've honestly never quite understood these grand plans without having majority ownership. I wonder if the Glazers would even sign these off. If there is some agreement in place behind the scenes, then that does make more sense.
SJR has 29% of the shares, the next biggest shareholder is Joel at 10%, so no individual holds a majority. But I expect SJR will have a majority within the next 18 months, and all the Glazer shares within the next few years. If we go with a new stadium rather than a revamp it'll be at least 5 years before any works start.
The share structure doesn't really affect the stadium project anyway if the club is financing it itself, which we can do no problem. It just needed somebody with the vision and the expertise to get it done. The Glazers don't know how to do this sort of thing. Ineos do know how to get big infrastructure projects done.
£2 billion is nothing when you think about it not just the pitch, players and the capacity that would be a whole seperate entity! The spin offs could/would be huge, if people within Manchester Utd really have vision and see it as a clean canvas to work with, it could be one of the Wonders of the World never mind the North. For instance office and shop space built into and onto the Stadium all types of restaurants, a mall, all built by and owned by Utd plc occupied by some entrepreneurs and big stores. Athletics, Boxing, Rugby, American Football, Concerts, Shows, a Basketball Court, a Veladrome all with international Standards. Somewhere families and individuals can be all day and everyday in facilities that cater for indoor and out door activities winter and summer! So £2 Billion is Peanuts when you think of the possibilities with a little vision!
Revamp Old Trafford
If you take away the biased refereeing of Casemiro, and the general agenda against anything and everything Manchester United, Casemiro could have enjoyed a fantastic way to end his career with us. Unfortunately the powers that be have made sure that that doesn't happen. Now I hope that the media haven't been waiting for Mainoo's 19th birthday to get their fangs into him.
Why renovate a crumbling shell, its falling down. A brand new stadium is a no brainer.
💯 you’ve never been..🤷♂️
Pull it down it’s to old simple
75 thousand squashed in. Just make it 65 thousand and give us some elbow room because I’m fed up with a fat one spilling over into my seat.
Hope Casemiro is offered a fat contract by Saudis otherwise get used to FFP misery for another three years
Get them gloves off Jay FFS!
Don't worry about this video just watch it from 8:35
You won't be dissaponted 😂
New stadium new owners all of them are worthless if ten hag and 85 percent of these players stay. We would just be a westham, spend spend and spend and stand still or even gone backwards. Moyes has two strikers in semi final of europe, haller for dortmund and scammaca. No amount of money could make moyes a top manager just like no amount of money could make ten hag a good manager
"Prononce" is a word. A French word.
Casamiro late challanges Arre what causing the problems gets sent off were down to 10 men
Not what we want or need.dutch players dont always fit united.we had afew great ones. But look at donny.
I think a rebuild is needed and build on the carparks. After the stadium is built then we can build carparks over the previous stadium zone.
Just use the old Trafford as a skip and cancel the rebuild. YNWA.
2 billion revamp!! Tottenham have the best stadium in the prem brand spanking new for 1 billion and united are paying 2 billion on a revamp 😂😂😂😂😂😂 united doing United things! Honestly just give me your money it'd be better spent
If they are going to revamp the stadium like Barcelona have. Won't united have to play at another stadium like Barca have? if so, Where would they play because it certainly won't be the Etihad haha
He was overweight at the start of the season
Waste of money revamping. Its like have an old car youll keep throwning money at it. Whereasbui!d new you can easily putin provisions for future
We don’t need a striker we can move one Martial and Rashford and bring in are star boys Greenwood and Whateley they are both better than the clowns that are in are first team squad easy fix
