I actually loved most songs of the Johnny Marr album. It wasn't 100% The Cribs but it was something new and exciting, I'm glad they tried something new and refreshing.
Yea it was the same thing for me, it was like night and day seeing them while he was part of the band and when he was gone. Live he just looked like he didnt even belong with the group.
I fucking love Johnny Marr, I do! But he kind of ruined The Cribs for me. I'm very happy to hear such a badass raw new tune from a band I thought was officially dead. It's so great to hear a triumphant return!
