Yet at the same time people grieve over the deaths of others, it's like some weird habit our species can't break. We feel sad watching things die pointlessly yet we continue to do it, because out of some twisted logic we feel like we have to.

On Hard mode, it took me so many tries to eventually figure out his pattern. You don't need to keep using your turret because it disrupts the pattern. Just keep melee attacking and corner him, when he has his shield that's when its the easiest, cause the dodge cue is obv after breaking. You want to keep staggering him so he wont use any other attack other than melee, if he melees, either dodge or quickly go far then back, his ranged attack is harder to dodge thats why you want to keep staggering him at the corner. It's just insanely hard at first, because I kept dying after 1 hit, but after that I eventually managed to do it without any dmg, and by managed to do, I mean actually beat Eve before the next cutscene. He just disappears before Adam finishes talking.
This difficulty level makes it look so easy. I’m traumatized from hearing this song and their dialogue too many times, after having died around 30 times on Hard.

The Aliens in this game got little to no development. They probably invaded the planet for conquering reasons, but usually that type of reasoning would (or should) be expanded by saying that their planet was destroyed or by showing that the aliens are evil assholes. Also these Aliens don't even get a proper name because I'm pretty sure their race isn't (or shouldn't) be "Aliens".
Gods, I wasn't sure what I was trying to do but I kept getting knocked back by Eve in this bossfight. I guess that's what happens when you're multitasking since you play with the japanese audio...
The story is the actual value for Nier game. There are multiple ending which each require replaying the game in New Game+ and entering New game+ also addeds new scenes to see the "antagonist" side of the storyline.
Trainer Riku weapons are virtuous contract and dignity. contract is the starting sword and dignity is a spear found near the amusement park entrance. you get it by taking a different exit from the sewer past the first exit that leads to the amusement park.

I find it a bit funny how the channel named "Boss Fight Database" has footage of the player completely putting the boss on pause to play with a dude's dead body as if it was part of the encounter. If this channel was truly dedicated to showing off boss encounters, then I believe this video should be replaced by one that properly displays the full encounter without any interruptions or obstructive material. It deserves to be at its best, not amateurish like you found it in the bargain bin. It's almost like when people upload bootleg movies recorded on their phones in the theater and you can see silhouettes of people's heads popping up in front of the screen. If you're gonna bother, then do it right. Stuff like that makes it look like you have low standards.

Yep, they show up during some of the B story cutscenes. However, You need to get to the C story before they start to make sense.
