It's so refreshing to see a band in which all of the members truly love and care for each other ! No ego issues, no petty jealousies, just pure friendship ! That's a big reason that I love these young ladies and their fantastic band so much !
Makes me wish i had that many close friends that cared that much about me. When Miku chan showed up you could see the joy on Akane chans face. I'm a 51 year old combat veteran and I got a little teary eyed anyway. Such sweet ladies.

I'm impressed that they've been able stay close after 7 years of gigging and working so hard-a testiment to their friendships. For band members who have been together for nearly 8 years, they are not only on good terms but seem to be very close to each other. Most bands that have lasted so long tend to change band members. Let's hope they get along and stay together for years to come.

When Akane jumped and the light went out was classic. LOL These girls.... always good for a smile. And always working. Every time you think there's a moment to catch your breath.... nope another single.... another CD.... another bluray.... they prank people and become Band-Maiko.... then they come out with a full Band-Maiko CD.... then Miku debuts a side project, Cluppo.... they never sleep. LOL If only they could have done the Budokan. That would have been so deserving of them. They would have crushed that huge venue. I'm a life long metalhead. But Band-Maid.... is absolutely up there as one of my all-time favorites. Good music is just good music. Even if I can't understand the language. LMAO
I love it. When I see hard metal people that when watching our ladies now have words creeping into their vocabulary like "adorable" "cute" "irresistible" and "sweet". But Band Maid is no ordinary band. They are the most adorable and talented musical badasses in the galaxy.

I love how this band is so kick ass, hard as nails in concert, yet they are the sweetest people when they're off stage. Poor Akane hit her head on that low ceiling jumping up and down and that's why I thought the lights went out. Great prank to have Miku surprise her in person like that. As Mr. Miller said a couple of days ago, it is refreshing to see a band who truly love and care for each other like this. Thanks for translating and sharing.

It's crazy how they all seem so genuine in everything that they do (that I've seen). Herman Li's had them on stream a few times and they were the same way they are her, on stage, interviews; all of it. It seems like they enjoy writing and touring more than anything seeing as they've released an album pretty much an album a year and tour non-stop to support the albums and are still so genuinely happy which you can see on stage with their gigantic smiles while they're playing. It's almost like wherever they are, they're home.

I got a feeling, Misa, Saiki, and Miku are going to empty the big bottle of sake between the three of them, Akane is going to eat the "sushi cake" and the ice cream, and share the birthday cake with Kanami. Their music has always sounded better live than from the studio. What will they play live? They would have to do a four hour concert just to play all the really good songs.
