The Draenei is talking to the Night Elf (who she refers to as, "Druid"), and she is basically asking about the nature of the Tauren's cat form, "Druid, can he meow?" The Night Elf is the speaker in all parts but the Draenei's chorus and the Tauren's rap. She goes into detail describing what it is like for her to be a Feral Druid, which presumably extends to the Tauren. Eventually the Tauren adds his own perspective.

I think....I found...the best community in all of gaming. I truely love the WoW community so friendly with each other not 12 year old try hards.
