The video of the man being uncuffed in concerning to me. As a former cop myself if you had someone in cuffs then it was beyond the point of letting them go and giving them a fist bump. One of the videos I saw was a man breaking a window. He was in front of the crowd and police were doing nothing to stop him. Then one of the protesters tried to stop him and he pushed him back into the crowd. When the first man turned to shove the protester, you could see that he had a ear piece in his ear. It was a wired ear piece with the coiled wire. It was not a blue tooth ear bud. There was also pictures of the some of the police not in the places they testified they were on that day.
The problem with this entire situation is the fact that all of those people who were prosecuted and persecuted for a bunch of made up charges, deserve a fair representation by viewing the entire picture. When defendants are taken to court, the law requires ALL of the evidence against them. They can't pick and choose!

A bus load of "protesters" arrived and left in a bus that was chartered by the FBI. That bus was tracked to a parking garage where the passengers all used monthly parking passes that are billed to a federal account. That information comes from a federal contractor who processed the transactions.

The court didn't view any of the tapes that were available or take them into consideration. A friend of mine is serving 7 months, his personal video clearly recorded the Capitol police inviting him into the Capitol building and telling him to bring everyone in. He asked are you sure the officer affirmed it. He thanked the officers at the entrance and went on in. We found footage from the security cameras that verified that fact, but the footage presented was not considered and now he's in prison. This was all political.
There is a capability, I believe, to search for a certain part - so if you enter in a time (like when your client was there) And particular area of the Capitol, it can show that specific footage?!

The tapes were available in full for the lawyers for all defendants to review. The current release is just another political stunt to detract from the real court issues at hand. If you're losing on the findings of fact then criticise the process. The events of the day are not disputable. In terms of justice for individuals there may be a time when some walked through. I think it was more aligned with McCarthy (R) refused to release it due to him taking advisement from security staff that asserted that evacuation protocols shouldn't be privy to potential adversaries. There still are particular sets of footage that will be barred from release. From what little has been released, it's not surprising why all those charged with crimes weren't able to get those recordings. The Prosecution had their pick of choice clips, and used them to their great benefit in 'convincing' accused to plea out, or as 'evidence' presented to the courts to obtain convictions. Not that defendants actually had the liberty of working with any legal representation as needed, having unusually restricted access of those accused to such counsel.

One of the videos I saw was a man breaking a window. He was in front of the crowd and police were doing nothing to stop him. Then one of the protesters tried to stop him and he pushed him back into the crowd. When the first man turned to shove the protester, you could see that he had a ear piece in his ear. It was a wired ear piece with the coiled wire. It was not a blue tooth ear bud. There was also pictures of the some of the police not in the places they testified they were on that day.

The court didn't view any of the tapes that were available or take them into consideration. A friend of mine is serving 7 months, his personal video clearly recorded the Capitol police inviting him into the Capitol building and telling him to bring everyone in. He asked are you sure the officer affirmed it. He thanked the officers at the entrance and went on in. We found footage from the security cameras that verified that fact, but the footage presented was not considered and now he's in prison. This was all political.
There is a capability, I believe, to search for a certain part - so if you enter in a time (like when your client was there) And particular area of the Capitol, it can show that specific footage?!

The woman who was shot did not break it, AND she punched the guy who did break the window, knocking his glasses off. She also reprimanded the police for abandoning their post to guard the doors. The likely conclusion is that she, a trained member of the US military, was attempting to go through the windows to secure the position so it could not be breached. When she was shot, she was looking straight ahead. She was not warned, and the one who shot her essentially ambushed her without knowing--according to his own testimony--whether she was armed or not (she was not) and whether she was a male or a female.
At bare minimum, he should have to face a wrongful death lawsuit.
