Welcome to Brissie. I see you are sporting your British tan. 😅 Serious suggestion, invest in sunscreen and a hat (fashionable of course). The sun here is brutal compared to the UK. You'll have a great time.
Prices are ridiculous at present and have gone up exponentially. What you paid $27 for on your shop 12 months ago you would of paid $20 or less.Inflation is a dirty word.😫😃
@@IsabelleeDow On supermarkets Aldi is the cheapest and best as they also sell other things besides groceries such as screwdrivers, drills and other good stuff like that.If you do shop there take your own bags with you.😃✌️

Hey Izzy, Noosa has some really nice spots to look at and enjoy. You have the national park near Hastings St where you can do a bush walk. There's heaps of water ways where you can hire a boat in Noosaville and cruise up and down the Noosa river. You can go to Boreen point or Elanda point up past Tewantin and there's nice camping spots with a big lake called Lake Cootharaba that's good for canoe and paddle boat and most of it is only waist deep. There's heaps of other spots further south on the coast like beaches and forest walks and rock pools and must check out the hinterland from Maleny to Montville where get breath taking views of the coast and beautiful country side. We live right near the SCHU hospital in Birtinya which is also a nice area.
Heya Andy - thank you so much for all of these suggestions!! Defo will check out hiring a boar on the river or going kayaking :) For sure want to paddle board on Noosa River also! So beautiful with all the sandbanks etc.
Welcome to Brissie. I hope you love being here. It's a pretty down to Earth place with a relaxed lifestyle. Hi from me, an old boy, born and bred in Brissie living on the bay in Wynnum.
Hiya and thank you! Only got to see the city for a little over two days but it's absolutely one of my favourites I've visited (and could see myself enjoying living in) Huge with for the locals with 50 cent fairs trial going through too :)
Welcome to Brizzie and the Sunny coast Isabelle😁. Brizzie is my city. I’m Definitely missing it. While you’re in the sunny coast, I recommend going to Australia zoo. I love it there. There is the Noosa Everglades, the hinterlands and a few fresh water swimming holes and waterfalls. Oh and beautiful beaches.
Thanks so much! I hope to be living in Brisbane in the future it’s such a gorgeous city but for now I’m calling Noosa my home! Already had the pleasure of going to Australia zoo last week and cannot wish to explore the Everglades and national parks :) thank you for the additional suggestions as I’ll need to check those out :)
Izzy … A great and wholesome video. You’re nuts … so you’ll fit in perfectly in Oz. BTW … don’t forget sunscreen and find a good wide brimmed hat … Aussie sun can be fierce. Enjoy! 😎
Hahahah finally someone has clocked onto my crazy side (don’t think the jet lag helped!). Already been caught by the sun once here and determined for that not to happen again
Enjoy Brisbane . I can't do humidity , I'm a West Coast Australian , low humidity but dry summer heat here. Amazing how different the 2 sides of Australia are.
Absolutely save to make the trip! Honestly it went by pretty fast - I did sleep most of the time though which definitely helped! Advice you exhaust yourself before travelling and book an airport lounge to minimise the stress of running around :) totally worth the long hours to get here though
I have subscribed. Looking forward to watching your reactions from early on. My daughter moved to Manchester so I’m interested in the reverse journey experiences. We have a property at Lake MacDonald in the Noosa Hinterland so super interested in your reaction to the best area in S.E. Queensland. I might be biased. Have fun.
Thank you so much! Haha hopefully she is settling in well too :) defo want to visit that part of Noosa/everglades so if you have any suggestions round your area they are always appreciated :) I'll catch you in the next one!
