Do you know where the fuse/relay is for the air horn '17 f650?
I added some LED light pods to the back of my 2021 F250. After watching another video, I decided to connect to upfitter 5, so I could turn on those lights without the truck running. That video made no mention of adding an additional in-line fuse….do I need to do that?
Where and how can i find the 4 wire pass thru harness under the hood.
See it inside the cab...but cant see it under or near the upfitter fuse box relay.

When adding accessories to the upfitter fuses, where do you run the ground wire to? Is there a power & ground wire coming from behind the upfitter fuses, or do you hook the power wire to the upfitter fuses and run the ground to battery/frame? Thanks for sharing. I have a similar 2019 F-350 and wish to add accessories.
Ground goes to battery or frame.

I am trying to hook up my rear work LED 55 watt lights on my salt spreader thru my up lifter switch's. using #2#3 switch each 25 amp when hook up to a single light voltage drops to 8 dc. have you seen and voltage drops in them. Quick math each light should pull 5 amps un wired i have 15 volts good grounds also puzzled on drop. 2022 f250 gas all new wire harness thru frame to rear of truck

2022 f5.50 hooked everthing up to switches 1,2,3 all worked. One week later I have no power to switches 1,2,3,4. i have changed or checked power to 25 amp fues and relays but no power out of relays or switches wont light up

I have a 2022 F550 diesel, but my upfitter box has no pigtail with the wire colors you describe. How is the commercial truck different?
I think cab and chassis have different of the switches under the hood
DS is there a way to power 1,2,3 with the truck off like you can 5,6? I got all my flashers on 1,2,3 and my floods on 5,6

Is the gauge of wire large enough to run 40amp. Seems like it should be much larger to keep it from melting

Use them for strobe lights, led pods or lights, air compressor on board, any type of accessory you can think of you, can control with these switches. They are there for a truck that is used for work. Something that needs a on/off switch with a factory look and built in feature. An amazon panel does the same thing but looks aftermarket. However these are built into a console and look like they belong.
does the battery discharge protection turn of Circuit 1 and 2 when the battery goes low? when the are in ppwered vehiclr
