    COFFEE CAKE
    Ingredients:
    -5 pcs. Medium whole egg
    -150 gr. Wheat flour (1 cup minus one tablespoon)
    -150 gr. refined or standard sugar (1 cup minus 2 tablespoons)
    -5 ml. Vanilla essence (1 teaspoonful)
    -10 gr. Water (1 tablespoon)
    -8 gr. Soluble coffee (1 tablespoon)
    COFFEE PASTRY CREAM
    Ingredients:
    -500 ml. Whole milk (2 cups)
    -50 gr. Butter (4 tablespoons)
    -100 gr. refined or standard sugar (1/2 cup)
    -1 pz. Cinnamon stick
    -2 pz. Medium whole egg
    -60 gr. Cornstarch (1/2 cup)
    -12 gr. Soluble coffee (1 1/2 tablespoons)
    HALF CONSERVATION SYRUP:
    Ingredients:
    -250 ml. Water (1 cup)
    -125 gr. Refined or standard sugar (1/2 cup)
    -10 ml. Vanilla essence (2 tsp.)
    COFFEE WHIPPING CREAM (TOPPING)
    Ingredients:
    -300 ml. of cold whipping cream (2 3/4 cups)
    -6 tablespoons of Coffee Whipping Cream
    -1 teaspoon. Coffee concentrate (optional)
    WHITE WHIPPING CREAM
    Ingredients:
    -200 ml. Whipping cream (2 cups)
    Optional decoration: Semi Bitter Chocolate Ganache
    (drip)
    Ingredients:
    -100 gr. chopped semi bitter chocolate (1/2 cup)
    -50 ml. Liquid whipping cream (1/4 cup)
    -25 gr. Butter (1 tablespoon)
    Procedure:
    -Heat the whipping cream and add the semi bitter chocolate stirring until it melts and integrates. Add the butter at room temperature and mix until shiny.
    -Let cool slightly and decorate in cascade around the edge of the cake.
