I have owned four Goldwings. I have ridden about 400,000 plus miles on them with zero issues. I’ve been to every province in Canada, to Alaska, and almost every US state. I see the comments here. This bikes main design function is for people like me who love riding so much we go out on 16,000 mile road trips six weeks at a time. We do 1000 mile days like it’s nothing because we love it so. Some like me have ridden this machine on snow covered passes, to deserts in the same day, through rain, through the night literally hundreds of miles from nowhere. We ride these bikes because we want comfort, precision and absolute perfect reliability. I thank you for sharing this video. I know the feeling man…enjoy and be safe.
I bought the same model without the airbag in February of this year. (2023) I love it. My bike did not come with the arm rest extensions for the passenger, though. I had to pay extra and have to install them. After 9 months, I have already put 13,500 miles on it. 😊😊

Why not? Had a 2001 GL1800 that I rode coast to coast. Handled like it weighed 200 lbs lighter than it was. And the power was superb and the engine quiet. To each his own………….
That's a 2023! It's NOT a 2024. I have just bought my 2023 and it's the same color BLACK because the new Black is GunMetal Black. That's why I did not wait for the new year model. This bike will spoil rotten and fast...😀😍😎
I don't know about that. My 2023 has the same paint and gold engine accents, but this is an airbag bike. Airbag bikes were all red in 2023 for the US. Overseas bikes get different color combinations.
@@jeromeclemons9723 Each year has different colours. For 2024 Honda Goldwing DCT tour baggers comes with two colours Pearl Glare White black engine detailing and some magenta striping for a splash of color and Gray Metallic with Graphite Black color combo

15:03 as a honda mechanic, I can guarantee you the windscreen support stays had to be changed sides to mount the windscreen 😅
