    Dear Arpit,
    It's indeed a very informative video, but please be noted that Yoga is not exercise, (if you notice a child playing, you will notice so many yoga poses he makes during normal course of his movements) it's a way of life and normal' movements of our body which with time we forget to do on a regular basis.
    Now let's come to you point 1: Do this regusly to burn calories.
    So yes you will burn calories but at the same time since Surya nadi is getting hyper active in your body, a person will start having below health issues:
    Acidity, aggression, sleeplessness, irritation and difficult to focus ETC..
    This is because the , सूर्य नाड़ी is to make us active and doing this for long time will lead to hyperactivation of सूर्य नाड़ी.....
    Conclusion, perform Surya namaskar very slowly and never more then 2 rounds ( be concious of breaths) and if you really wanna do it then Max 9 rounds.
    Be noted: since it's a combination of 12 asanas, repeating it for 9 times makes it equivalent to doing 108 ASANAS.

    What is the time to do Surya namaskar

      As the name itself says, surya namaskar. Ancient beliefs are , if surya namaskar done in the morning before the sun gets on the head, it is more beneficial , probably between 6-8 in the summers. As sunrays are not that strong at that time, it will help in deficiency of vitamin D and B12 , which is good for our body , hair and overall health. However you can do surya namaskar anytime if you don't have time in the morning but you should be empty stomach. In the morning we are full of energy and by doing surya namaskar in the early morning, we feel energized whole day. Its a personal experience. I am a hypothyroid patient just 23 years old. My TSH is 50 . And believe me doing surya namaskar and pranayam in the morning is really helping me out a lot. Hope you find this helpful.😊
