Black Gram (Urad Dal / Ulutham Paruppu) for Rs.500 (Rs.100/kg) you will get 5Kgs contains 1250 grams (i.e.250grams protein each kg) of Protein but doctor told that for Rs.500 you can get 1.5kg broiler chicken contains Protein 450 grams (i.e.300grams each kg).
