For those wanting the full package (with enough channels for it), the total mixes you want will be:
    Rudder to left yaw servo
    Rudder to right yaw servo
    Elevator to left pitch servo
    Elevator to right pitch servo
    Aileron to left pitch servo
    Aileron to right pitch servo
Where the elevator mixes move nozzles in unison as shown in the video, and ailerons move the nozzle pitch opposite.
For correct ROLL orientation, ensure the aft end of the nozzle moving the same direction as the aft end of the corresponding aileron surface. Right aileron up = right nozzle up (and left down)

I’d buy thrust vectoring upgrade set if I could
    Buy the Mig29.

Of course I used a 9 Channel receiver with three different aux channels and of course I will be happy to show my settings on my Spectrum ix12. But I did program pitch, roll and yaw like the eurofighter.

Maybe you could help me with set up, I'm using a Dx9 and an Ar8000. I tried using the set up video for the Dx7 but it's not working.i don't have active rudder only steering servo.

At least you are consistent James 😁
The nozzles have pitch and yaw servos, not roll 😂
Every motion and mix seems right, just a case of a little mix-up when it comes to vocabulary 👍

100%. Not sure why I said roll the whole time, just had it in my head I guess. I only recently did the Gripen one and didn't say roll i dont think

I packed the wires away inside, below the EDFs and the ESCs (or better above, when it's on its wheels). Cutting channels for the wires and covering them with duct tape. It's a bit of a fumbling but worth it.

There was no mention of adjusting the servo arms/linkage to ensure the thrustline of each nozzle is correct. Mine were nowhere near symmetrical. Tried to get them close, but now I am afraid to go fly it, for fear that the pitch might me terribly off. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Really great video James. To be honest I did not know what about the Servo wore colours and what they meant. Will do this when I set up mine. 👍🏻👍🏻

As always, make sure trimming the regular controls don't trim your nozzles.
As for disabling vectoring, the only case where you ever should do that is if a single servo fails or some weird corner case like that. Normally, vectoring is completely NOT scary, and a huge bonus in every aspect of flight
Mistake at 2:15. The demonstrated rudder movement is yaw, not roll. So do as James has done, not what he says 😂

I need help with my set up, no active rudder only steering servo, flaps and the rest etc. I have set up per the Dx7 and 7ch but my ailerons don't work. I have an 8ch and Dx9.

Question is, why doesn't it come with a reverse servo to begin with so it could be Y-ed together
