  • Here's part 2 of our Olympic trip! I was getting sleep-deprived but still so hyped at the events. We had a bit of time during these days so we also went to Myeongdong and Hongdae for some good food! Honestly food at Pyeongchang Olympics could be improved, but can't complain about the rest! Also, Gangneung Olympic Park was closed down for most of the day on Feb 14 because of the wind, only people attending events inside was allowed to access the park, but luckily we were able to hang out at Canada House!
    PLACES WE WENT TO:
Yoogane (so many locations around Seoul)
    Myeongdong 1st Store: 13, Myeongdong 10-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul 04537, South Korea
    Hongdae Doma Galbi
    33 Yanghwa-ro 16-gil, Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
    Thanks Nature Sheep Cafe
    486 Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea

We had some time to spend in Myeongdong and Hongdae during the days included in this vlog and I recommend Doma Galbi a million times for amazing Korean BBQ! I'll share more food videos during my next Korea trip for sure, so stay tuned for next months' videos~ Also, GO CANADA for having amazing athletes, and having done such an AMAZING job building a perfect Canada House right next to Gangneung Olympic Park!

Have you ever thought of doing an Olympic experience video? Like a summation of how you plan all the events out, how things are paid for, etc. It just seems like a crazy two weeks! How do you plan for everything?
Such a cool vlog, though. Don't see many people who record being at the Olympics!

How I love eating poutine, which I have had a few times when visiting Montreal! And would have loved to try it with a Korean twist. Just awesome to see the events from a different angle, and get a feel of what it is like to attend them, as oppose to watching them on TV. Though, it does stink to have to wait in long lines to get some food there.

Thanks for sharing! Again, it feels like I was there. I now have more food choices to try out! I never had wasabi with beef before, but it sounds interesting. Also, congrats on meeting an Olympic Athlete! Not everyone gets that kind of opportunity.

What is the name of the type of mittens you were wearing (the ones with with the removable top) I have been looking for them but I can’t find them anywhere. 😅 I loved the video!

Fingerless gloves? Not sure if there's an exact term for it. Got them at one of those accessories/clothing shops in the subway station here in Tokyo
