- This series will cover the systems of the Cessna Citation Longitude in Microsoft Flight Simulator. The series starts with aircraft lighting which includes interior and exterior lighting.
Landing lights, pulse lights, pulse with TA/RA, emergency lights, and many more lights are covered. The taxi lights turn on the taxi lights of course, but did you know other helpful lights turn on with the activation of the taxi lights? This video will show features like this and much more.
The remainder of this series will be available to channel members of the Private Pilot tier or higher. All systems including electrical, fuel, hydraulic, environmental, bleed air, icing protection, and much more will be covered in individual videos.
Join this channel at the Private Pilot tier or higher to get access to AD-FREE guides and tutorials on the Citation Longitude, CJ4, Flysimware Cessna 414, Concorde, and more:

This is so awesome ! Thanks so much for taking your time to make videos as such for those who love flying this longitude! Great video !
This video has the potential to be a brilliant subject! Where else to start out on an in-depth study to learn about airplane systems! But with the all illuminating system! . 😁🛫
Your comment was very enlightening. See what I did there?
I sure hope no one gets knotted up over the bus tie system, that could lead to a real entanglement for one that does not understand the concept! You are doing outstanding work! 😁🛫
Thank you. It is going to take quite a few hours to do this fun little project.
Thank you but I couldn't find navigation lights on/off button on the panel.
The nav light button isn’t on the panel. Nav light function is shown and explained in the video. I went back and checked the video because I knew for certain I covered it.
@@thecorporatepilotdad yes I saw that in the video but I wonder if there was a button on panel too. Thank you very much.
@@ghs01965 Cockpit “clutter” Is reduced by having some selections in the FMS that do not require frequent changes such as turning landing lights on multiple times during the flight.
This is great info. Is there a way to turn off the auto lighting such as the nav lights and others that turn on once the aircraft is powered?
Who is the lady at the beginning?😮
Oh her, that is A.I. Alice. She’s leaving that thumbnail soon.
My floodlight won’t work, it keeps glitching then going back to zero. do you know why?
I have no explanation unless there is a binding set for floodlights elsewhere on another input.
