He hasn’t seen those yet! But I’m not opposed! Good idea!! The only cartoons he watches as of now are Thomas the train (lol:) & random Mario video game walk throughs occasionally! Haha

I have a small suggestion for improvement (mainly for our benefit), we your viewers would be happy to receive more than one long video a month, maybe it's worth dividing the content into several parts and posting maybe twice a month?

All those creams sound heavenly! Ie never used anything with tallow before, what are the benefits amd do you use the creams only on your face or your body as well? ❤
So apparently tallow has a fat content extremely similar to our own skin…? I’m not gunna find the right words and I don’t remember all the details….but I also love that it’s natural! I don’t feel scared of the product lol 😭

Sun exposure is actually one of the best things! It boosts the immune system it helps with vitamin D levels, it personal helps me with the occasional blemish or eczema spot on my leg- I live in AZ so I got lots of sun exposure. Now, you have to take in account your skin tone and your ability to tan- but, there’s also science behind this if you watch Dr Bergs videos. If you eat a standard American diet the PUFAS in your diet and skin care actual cause you to burn.. it’s more then my skin is just fair and I don’t tan or I only get freckles. The sun can cause age spots and hyper pigmentation-- but that can be diet related as well. I have slight pigmentation on my forehead ( melasma) from pregnancy. But, some weak liver/ kidney issues and looking into this if I took vitamin E regularly it would be gone, I’m still researching this… but, the theory that we should shy away from the sun is not good at all! The sun is one of the greatest healers!
