Close and open Outlook,
Click on send or recrive option
Click on update folder
Then see your calendar items

Just did this and the only folder that returned after update folder was the meeting I wouldn't change.... Everything else is now gone.

If you check the bottom right of Outlook is it showing Exchange is connected and folders are up to date?
