Since 2017 when I discovered Dimash because he was following the Chinese program The Singer, I can't stop listening to him for a single day. I remember when this song version popped on UA-cam and some people (including a few reactors) questioned if this was lip-sync. They wondered the same thing about SOS, so now Dimash changes these songs a little each time he performs them. You should watch his Sinful Passion fancam video from his Arnau tour Moscow concert (I believe). You get to see that 23 seconds succession in one breath because the camera is on him the whole song. He’s an amazing vocalist.

Interesting that you added the picture of the alien from the Fifth Element because Dimash can do the Diva Dance with utter perfection. Google, Dimash, Diva Dance Bastau. Live concert in front of I think 37 plus thousand, could be more or less but that sticks in my mind. Dimash, you will find is a very humble person, never taking credit for his talent. He gives credit to God, his grandparents, parents, teachers and fans. You have no further than to watch the fan cam of his song Daididau from his New York concert to see this. There were tears in his eyes when the sold out audience at the Barclays did their best to sing this song back to him in Kazakh. He explained that he had dreamed of having a big concert in New York since he was a child. People from all over the world flew in to see that concert, something like 67 different countries. I only had to fly from Texas. He literally got on his knees and bowed to the audience, not once but throughout the concert he was so appreciative and gracious.
I've been listening to vocalists and musicians of every style and technique for over 40 years and I have never heard anyone with so much control and power in so many different registers. He doesn't do anything that's not amazing, and every time you've think he can't top a performance, you find another one where he does. I'm glad I was around to see these performances. Awesome reaction!

The man playing the piano composed this song! It was sung by a group several years ago. The lead singer passed away. There’s a video online with him playing piano, too. You just listened to him sing for 23 seconds without a breath, even though you broke it up. 😊

You may want to join there's also a USA fan club and many others the Dears love to discover new reactors. Later this year Di will be travelling to the USA to live whilst promoting his music there. Fans of DIMASH range from pre-teens to 80's, I have never seen any performer with that varied a group. His fans cover also those in limo's to those on motorcycles. All his fans have one thing in common, they are passionate about DIMASH. I have heard of a wealthy businessman in S, America in his 80's that invites other wealthy businessmen to parties at his mansion, where he shows them videos of DIMASH performing. I have heard of motorcycle club where members sit around in their club dress, arguing which of DIMASH's songs is the best. DIMASH has succeeded in breaking down barriers between diverse groups of people, and creating fans from a wide range of types of people also. DIMASH is changing people around the world for the better.

Everything came together when Dimash arrived on the planet. Astonishing talent, drive and dedication, born into a performing family (opera singer mom, pop singer dad) surrounded by his parents' friends, who were all artists... his piano teacher noticed that he had perfect pitch when he was 5, they immediately added voice lessons. He grew up in art schools, and continues to be surrounded by the friends he went to those schools with. They're his musicians and dancers, his backup singers, his tech people, his tribe. What keeps him humble? He says the day will come when he is no longer on the stage, but in the audience, and he wants to be able to look everyone in the eye and know that his reputation isn't his talent, but who he is as a person. Mature beyond measure.

I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your two reactions (so far). Loved them both, and am now a new subscriber to your channel. I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but Dimash first started calling his fans "Dears" because they are so dear to his heart. He began music school at age five where the teachers stated that he had absolute or perfect pitch. He continued on and completed his Masters thesis last summer, and is now working on his Doctoral degree. It's so amazing to me how much he has accomplished in 26 years, he will be 27 this May. There is one special performance where he sings the “Diva dance” from the fifth element mixed with “Drunken Concubine” from classic Chinese opera in a duet with the mazing “Li Yugang” it has beautiful notes, amazing harmonization and one “impossible note”, simply amazing, try it if you can!
Dimash is not only the greatest vocalist on this planet, he is an incredible human being who is very humble, kind, respectful, loves his family and his fans whom he considers his extended family (hence, he calls his fans Dears because we are dear to his heart) and he is a proud patriot of his motherland Kazakhstan! Dimash, although he’s been studying music since the age of 5 and holds several degrees & is currently studying for his doctorate, he still remains a down to earth young man whom doesn’t believe in putting himself above anyone else or behaving like a worldwide superstar, he truly adores his fans and always tries to show his love and appreciation to each & everyone of them but that has become more difficult when he lands at each airport to several hundreds of fans each wanting autographs and pictures but he still gives all he can. Once you get to know Dimash as a person you will love him for who he is as much, if not more than you love his vocals and last but not least, he’s also a multi instrumentalist, composer, storyteller and he loves and performs many different genres of music. Thank you for your reaction, I watched your 1st one to SOS and I love your knowledge and enthusiasm. You have a long exciting road ahead of you to catch up on Dimash and all his music, concerts and performances and he never disappoints or fails to impress. My next request would be a performance he did of the Lionel Ritchie song “Hello” back in 2018 on a Chinese show called Singer. Singer is a competition where already famous & established musicians compete against one another, Its an incredible show that Dimash competed on in 2017. Long story short, he was brought in as a wildcard, he was the 1st foreigner and the youngest at that time to ever be invited & he was unknown in China but after his first performance he became an overnight sensation & his career has just went crazy since! Hello, I’m from Brazil! For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to whom Dimash was a fan) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.

One of the reasons that Dimash is so beloved by so many fans is that ...you're right...Dimash is a very humble person who knows he not just a "one man show" and does respect and always acknowledges from the stage the backup musicians and others who contribute to the production of his performances or concerts. He also says he swims a lot to expand and maintain lung capacity so he can hold those notes so blasted long and slide up to the heavens on one breath. AND of course, Dimash protects his gift by having enough sense NOT to imbible, smoke or do drugs. He's not only a fine young man but a smart one!
Actually A Studio band I guess were big long ago, & it’s their song- Sinful Passion. So he was showing his respect & appreciation for his elders in music he looked up to & essentially thanking them for their contributions & allowing him the honor of performing their song. This isn’t actually his band. They invited him to sing their song. One of the original band members died so Dimash put that warbling yodelling bit in the middle of the song which Kazakhs and Middle Eastern people sing at funerals. He is so thoughtful. But their percussionist now plays at Dimash’s concerts etc.

There are 2 other young singers out there ... one is from the same Country as Dimash, Daneliya Tulashova a 14 year old and Diana Ankudinova her videos are when she was 14 or 15 Dimash does this song in his live concerts and it sounds even better Dimash is a awesome gentleman and loves his family and Fans (Dears)

I honestly and personally believe, Dimash is a Music Virtuoso of our time. Dimash is a respectful and kind young man; who always credits his Family and his Team for his achievements and successes. He is from Kazakhstan and will be 27 (in May 2021).
Dimash has been formally training and performing for over 22 years. At the age of 5 years old it was determined he had perfect pitch. Dimash is known for his exceptionally wide (bass to soprano to whistle register) vocal range and breath control. It is recorded that he has a range higher than Six (6) Octaves and continues to improve his ranges and techniques. Dimash is a phenomenal Vocal Storyteller and Performer.
Dimash calls his style an "Innovation" [Neo-Classicism] in the Classical Crossover Genre. There are many Vocal Coach/Singer debates whether Dimash is a Tenor, Baritone or Contralto. Dimash combines many Styles such as Classical (Opera), Contemporary (Modern, Pop, R&B, Jazz, Rap), Estrada and traditional Kazakh folk music.
Dimash is multi-talented, Musician, Singer [12 languages], Multi-instrumentalist [7 instruments], Composer, Performer, as well as co-Directing/Filming one of his own Music Videos. Dimash, best voice on the planet. I’m a Dimash Dear (fan of Dimash) and cannot finish any day without hearing him. The bar had been raised exponentially. And then Dimash will continue to surpass that bar. Do take the time to read his Wikipedia page. He has a 6+ octave range. He sings pop, ballads, opera, rap, etc. -anything he chooses. He speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, and is doing very well learning English and Mandarin. Dimash is also a multi instrumentalist. You should do a reaction to his concert he had in New York just before covid starter it is on his you tube channel in 2 parts you could do like 3 songs at a time that would be fun I have been following Dimash sense late 2017 he has worked and trained for 20 years he started when he was 5 years old he has talent but more then that he has worked very hard he has 7 octaves and singes in 12 different langues and speaks Kazak Russian English and working on Chinese he dances and plays 7 instruments thank you for reacting to Dimash once all the Dears find your channel it will be crazy oh and Dimash calls his fans Dears because he holds them near and dear to his heart
