@@cameronbosch1213 Only ones I really am intrigued by is the Raider 18 HX and the ROG Scar 18. 300 nits in 2024 is unacceptable for a $2000+ gaming laptop. It's a hard pass. 450+ nits is the new standard. Alienware always seems to hold back on their new gen iterations and is usually a year or two behind the competition, yet charges a premium still because they want you to believe they are top of the line. In reality, if you want to get the current standard features, you have to upgrade to their X16 line which is gonna run you closer to 3k when those same features are around 2k with other manufacturers. Also, their big "sales" that they have about 25 times each year bring the price down only a fraction of where it should be to considered a fair market price when you compare spec to spec of other makes.

USB A needs to be put to sleep.
only if mice and keyboard companies can finally make USB-c dongles...lol@@xmaverickhunterkx
if a power cord can show the power consumption ,why not a laptop over a small lcd??
I really want an Alienware laptop but everyone is pissing on it like it's a sin. LOL.
What is dell doing with that basic IPS again?!
ASUS G16 is now an OLED.
Also previous generation had 4 m.2 slots btw.
AW always got the look but man, if you're not a fan - sure go for Legion. And now even the Thinkbook line can beat the Xps. My Thinkbook x1 carbon from 2014 still rock
Dell went backwards with their design this year
Really would have liked to see the XPS14 get a 4060 GPU
Please do M16 R2 vs M18 R2
no m17 this year? Im in market for 17 this year.
Got this on sale with the 4070 video i7 cpu for $1,300
How bad is a 60w 4070?
im selling my brand new 4070 for 1500 if you are interested
I nice they went with the aesthetic there are too many do it all laptops we get more variety
Also, their big "sales" that they have about 25 times each year bring the price down only a fraction of where it should be to considered a fair market price when you compare spec to spec of other makes.
that snowing outside ?
hey, 2010 called and wanted their design back
thank you dell for making the new 2016 macbook pro
i dont like the look and feel of the XPS keyboards. i LOVE my x14 Alienware rev 1.
Looks good.
Am I the only one thinking "how could they downgrade basically everything on the XPS for nothing."?
Damn I was really looking forward to the alienware. But now I might have to look elsewhere cause I was expecting at bare minimum was looking for an MINI-LED display:/
I don't understand the obsession with OLED screen. I have an Alienware R3 13 OLED and that was one of the first laptops to do it. Great colors, useful? Not really. Ghosting? absolutely. Have to always choose the wallpapers carefully. Are people really taking these laptops outside? Then why is 300-400 nits not good if its always inside. That's still good for a coffee shop. Alienware has done it in the past and they know its useless for a gaming laptop.
Much power for a notebook.
I like RGB keyboard on this Laptop
Please include the metric system not everyone is from US
Especially when these guys are based out of Canada.
Before watching the video, i have to say alienware or dell fan control sucks. no matter if they have the best perfomance, i wont buy cuz shitti softwaare with infinite bugss
So hard for you to take measurements and say that it has size of 2020 year 15" dell business laptop. A bit heavier but form of business laptop
Simply unacceptable that they refuse to use miniLED displays on their top end laptops. Standard IPS is not good enough for a 4000EUR laptop
I love my legion but if alienware had num pads I would consider them
