Electrician Quick Tip #8 - String and Flex

Here is a little trick that I use every time that I'm fishing flex to a cut in box. While there are multiple different ways to achieve the same result, I find that being able to pull my flex from the center of the connector with the string makes a sometimes tedious task almost effortless. It has been a game changer for me and I think that it will be for you too. Try it out and let me know what you think!

I used a piece of solid wire #12 fold it over about 3 times shove it in the connector and guild it in to the box. same give it little jerk and done
