Just a suggestion, since you go to flea markets anyway, instead of throwing away all the little stuff, maybe create little grab bags for kids. When my kids were young, they would have loved to have gotten a mystery bag with a keychain, bouncing ball, little figurine, really whatever and then it's even less in the landfill. You could pay your girls to make them using brown paper lunch bags ☺️
Our flea markets are a LOT less profitable here in Tennessee, near me, but I always take small toys, and even plush toys, and even spend $20 or so at Dollar Tree and put toys in baskets to let kids pick one free toy. It's something nice for the kids who often get overlooked there. One weekend I had a guy set up next to me with expensive redline hot wheels and other cars like that. I had bought some 3/$1 no name brand cars at the $1 store for the kids who liked those, and he noticed. He saw adults stopping, looking at my booth, and buying because of it, and quickly pulled out some cars he was willing to give away, too. It quickly spread to another booth down, too. I loved it! Kids made out like bandits! 🤪
Great suggestion! When I had garage sales, I always had a free box of little toys and stuff that I knew wouldn’t sell. Moms loved it because then they didn’t have to buy something to stop their kids from whining.
I can't believe how much Christmas stuff Americans have. I watch a few locker channels and the amount of Christmas stuff they find is crazy. Were I'm from New Zealand most people just have a Christmas tree. Seams like it would be a pain to store all that stuff when ya only use it for a few weeks of the year
Several of the Disney pieces in the last few videos are popcorn buckets from the parks. Each year they create new editions at the holidays along with drink cups too. The one like Oogie Boogie, the Star Wars one from the other video and others sell around 35 to 50 dollars each depending upon which one it is. Please look them up there is value there and might do well in your auctions.
Love to be able to go through this locker, or something like it. Just love digging through stuff like it. Not much into selling things, would be a perfect digger, researcher, finder of gems. This is great!
Those things in the old toy box are for pop 🍿 they do have straps so you can walk around the park without having hold your popcorn, they are pretty popular.
I’m surprised by all the shade in these comments! It makes me sad to see when you (Jack) obviously put a ton of effort into sharing your storage buying experiences with us! I honestly have seen you go from a creator who initially seemed uneasy on camera to a zany, confident and fun loving reseller with a sincere passion for treasure hunting and a deep and abiding love of your family! I personally enjoy the “real” part of reality entertainment channels! My favorite videos involve gambles of some kind and not every gamble can come away as a win! Slot machine videos, high stakes coin pushing, abandoned storage auctions and thrift/garage sale sourcing for profit are all highly entertaining to me but I have stopped watching certain channels that only show the good without the bad or the ugly. I guess I’m done ranting for now but I do have a question for those with nothing nice to say…….do you consider the cost that your negativity causes as you type it out? The next time you start writing a criticism perhaps take a pause, choose to watch a different creator that you do enjoy, and spend the time you would have on the criticism writing a positive thought to that individual. Jack, Janna, and family……you guys always give me a chuckle and a reason to smile! Keep on being locker nuts for those of us crazies who luv ya! 💙🦋💙
Some GREAT stuff there Jack! I'm happy you sold those Disney posters for so much! I hope you find a lot more great stuff & make a bunch more money. God bless you & your family.
Jack, I liked the way you did that time-lapse at that angle. I'm wondering why you didn't check inside all the cards? I almost freaked out when you threw them all in the garbage bin. There could be money in those. ahhhhh
Just a suggestion -- Buy a building somewhere nearby, and just load all of the stuff from the storage units in the trailer and haul it to the building. Then have areas in the building where stuff goes in the flea market area, this stuff will go in the auction, etc. Then as you are going thru stuff it goes in the areas. It might save you time in the long run of sorting stuff twice. Then you can work on it when you want, and not when the storage unit facility is open. You can also take your time, and you have your stuff out of the storage unit.
Oh rent a warehouse and create a vendor mall. Charge $1 per sq foot and 10% to vendors Its passive easy money and you could have a huge section People buy tons at vendor malls and in long run cheaper than fleamarket
Some of us don't shop name brand clothes. We just buy if we like and fits. I 'd say the country people don't care if its got a big name. Thats for more city people i think
That not a copper candle holder. It’s a essence burner kind of thing. You just opened a small wooden box of essential oils bottles. You pour the oil on the top and under the round place either you put tea candle or a coal. This is what I feel that’s for. I hope I’m right :-). Btw hats off to you. You have so much patience. I mean opening sooooooooo many totes and sort stuff out. Stay Blessed!
I just finished watching the Eileen Spencer videos ( rich lady with all those boxes of jewelry, I cracked up over your excitement over the purses and jewelry. I must say I like the you I see today better than pulled back ponytail 😂. As I watched the older videos and you kept saying “I’ll never find such exciting and home run lockers again”. I say “just wait honey, you have no idea!” Such fun following your lockers videos and sharing your family life too. You really work so hard. Hugs!
The oogie boogie and other similar containers you found previously are popcorn buckets and they do really well on ebay! Especially disney and mickey ones! Learned this from part time pickers since he pocked one up recently
A little hello from Chiang Mai! Another beautiful video and this time more interesting things! We really like your videos and we don't want you to be too exhausted! So the doctor prescribes rest until you edit all the late videos! LOL!!
Great video. Hope you find more treasures in totes and boxes you had to pack up and clean out the locker. Wishing you good luck and sending hugs to all?
There are a following of Egyptian items. Nephertiti if done nice, you might get more then you think in your auction. What's it hurt to try to sell there first, worse comes to worse sell at your high end market. Nice video!! Tfs with us!
Faded Glory was Walmart, but I loved their clothes. I don't believe the company is in existence anymore. I buy Faded Glory when I find it at thrift stores.
That smurf t shirt is ridiculous I absolutely love it the girls wud definitely wear that as on oversized shirt. It would look good on you or anyone unisex definitely! I think that's actually my favourite shirt u have found.
Hey Jack, you might want to talk to Matt from Part time Pickers about that Disney pop corn bucket. He just picked up a good one at the flea market. Yours might be a good one too.
That big spoon i dont it made here in the Philippines if its made here they incrave Philippines i thinks that's from hawaii hahaha...happy u mention our country 2x😊😊
If you find a T shirt with cool logos that are too large you can have them altered. If I lived by you I could easily alter all the T's that are too large for you. People also make quilts out of t's.
I just quickly looked up the Nefertiti bust and didsee any like yours. There are some really cheap ones and some valuable ones. Yours is lovely for a chalkware and it's large. Be careful and do good research. Maybe Goofle Lens will help.
Sorry for the typos. I have a vision problem. I should check before I send it. I meant I couldn't find any like yours. The size is exceptional and the painting quality is very good. It appears to have no chips, which is rare. I'd try listing it on eBay or Etsy for between 75 or 100 just to see what happens.
You need to hire a young high school or college kid to help. This is insane to have that pressure on you. I was at your whatnot auction. It was enjoyable but I feel it was too long. I think yours was 4 to 5 hours and I had to leave.
There is a whole series of videos on this locker, including the ones we took back to my locker. There is also a playlist that will play all of the episodes, and you can find it here: ua-cam.com/play/PL-MOk1ReEo7w9GmO_5eJPIz10wj5WVgty.html
Oh no. Horry cow. A creepy baby doll lol. Hoping but not quite believing that we might even get close to $4k??? I’ve totally loved watching this locker though but getting a little worried for you now. 🥰❤️
Believe it or not, there are people who collect VHS videos. Why I don't know, but they do. Also I watched one of the other storage locker shows and money was found in old birthday and Christmas cards. Remember there are people out there who collect just about anything, so before you toss something in the bin, check to see if it is a collectable.
You may want to check w your fellow youtubers ralliroots to help you price the tshirts, from whatching them, I guess you might have some expensive collectables
I'm starting to wonder how this locker got bid up all the way to 4000. It didn't look to spectacular from the opening pictures. Hopefully this doesn't end up a massive loss.
Just a suggestion, since you go to flea markets anyway, instead of throwing away all the little stuff, maybe create little grab bags for kids. When I was a kid I LIVED for those $1 brown paper mystery bags! Great idea! 👍🏼

I loved it! Kids made out like bandits! 🤪
Maybe that would be something that Camille or Grace would like to spearhead for the opportunity to earn a little pocket change?
Great suggestion! When I had garage sales, I always had a free box of little toys and stuff that I knew wouldn’t sell. Moms loved it because then they didn’t have to buy something to stop their kids from whining.
I did that for all my tag sales. The kids loved looking for something special.
Thank you Jack (and Janna and the girls for supporting Jack) for giving us this treasure hunt. It's always fun.
I can't believe how much Christmas stuff Americans have. I watch a few locker channels and the amount of Christmas stuff they find is crazy. Were I'm from New Zealand most people just have a Christmas tree. Seams like it would be a pain to store all that stuff when ya only use it for a few weeks of the year
Hi, that oogie boogie, Mickey head and cinderellas carriage are popcorn buckets, yes they are collectible and worth money 👍👍❤️
Dang those maps you threw away do have value with collectors especially anniversary years
The old travel stuff great for scrapbookers and crafters
Several of the Disney pieces in the last few videos are popcorn buckets from the parks. Each year they create new editions at the holidays along with drink cups too. That blue ghost is a Disney popcorn bucket... missing the strap. Some can be kind of valuable.
Is this the locker with the "Purple Heart" your supposed to be on the look out for Jack ?
Love to be able to go through this locker, or something like it. Just love digging through stuff like it. Not much into selling things, would be a perfect digger, researcher, finder of gems. This is great!
Popcorn bucket from disney parks is the blue ghost thing. Some are very valuable
Those things in the old toy box are for pop 🍿 they do have straps so you can walk around the park without having hold your popcorn, they are pretty popular.
I am glad that you got to sell that Christmas stuff before Christmas.

@CONNIE ST JOHN I agree with you!! I did freak out!! My arms went up in the air yelling, "Nooooooo"!!!!! Have a Great Day!!! 🤗

The Nefertiti bust looks like chalkware. Vintage chalkware sometimes sells for quite a bit. Look it up.

Any eye glasses you find can be donated to Doctors Without Borders 😊
Sunglasses, that have small lens, gold frame check if they are gold if Cartier or made in Italy.
Those glass/doll items that looked similar in your other video are Gwen Stefani Harajuku line. They were popular in the 1990’s.
Love your channel. Your organization skills are incredible. Bought my first locker and scored rather well. Love your videos.

We really like your videos and we don't want you to be too exhausted!
