Increase your light output and add a modern appearance to your Chevrolet Colorado with our Interior LED Conversion Kit! From the factory, the interior lighting on the Colorado leaves much to be desired with a dated appearance and lackluster performance. By replacing your outdated halogen bulbs with LEDs, you’ll give your vehicle a more modern appearance, and significantly increase the output of your interior lighting.
The LED bulbs included in this kit feature a 6000K color temperature, which is a true cool white output without any blue - just like factory installed LEDs. This provides a serious upgrade in the overall appearance of your interior when compared to the factory halogen bulbs. All Diode Dynamics LED bulbs are tested in our in-house laboratory where we test the light output and color temperature, so you know you’re getting consistent performance.
All Diode Dynamics Interior LED conversion kits are available in two levels of brightness, Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 gives your interior an ultra-modern appearance, while providing a slight increase in output compared to your factory lighting. Stage 2 steps things up with a significant increase in overall light output throughout the interior. That loose change between the seats won’t be hidden for long!
The LED bulbs included in this kit feature plug-and-play connections for simple installation. Our bulbs are not constructed with cheap connectors, so you don’t have to worry about them coming loose and falling out. Simply remove your factory bulbs and these will fit right in place! To help with installation, we’ve included two plastic trim removal tools with each kit. If any bulb does not light up when you turn it on, simply remove the bulb, rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall.
Unlike other bulbs on the market, Diode Dynamics LEDs are built with constant-current inductive circuitry, along with transient suppression. They are tested by our engineering team with a device that replicates years of voltage spikes, which is what kills most LED bulbs over time. However, just like factory components, Diode Dynamics LEDs are designed with built-in circuit protection. my Z71 front light has 2 plastic pieces and a click feature to turn lights on and off. I've seen a couple of different opinions on how to get to the bulbs. Do you recommend removing the entire assembly housing the lights, or just repeating the process in this video with each side?

You can use either method to reach the bulbs, however, we have found that the easiest way to get to the bulbs is to repeat the same steps we used in the video! We also have a video showing some tips and tricks to getting lenses off!

Do y'all have an equivalent of this for the Ford Bronco? I believe I checked your store for something similar last year and didn't see anything like that.

Not at this time, unfortunately, since the Bronco only includes a few factory LED bulbs.
We have seen several customers install one Single Color Rock Light to tie into their dome lights to give them 1000 lumens of output in your interior!

The rear ones are giving me trouble. I feel like I can pull them down with my bare hands but they don't want to budge. Tried the tape method as well as a mini bulb remover tool and they feel like they are pretty tight. Any tricks to getting them off?

Hey there, CJ here! It could be possible that the factory tabs on the bulb have been folded onto the retention clips. The bulbs that I removed in the video was not faked and should be that easy to remove. It may take some force to get the factory bulb out if it is in fact stuck in there. I prefer the tape method over the bulb pliers, so there is more friction and torque on the bulb directly, however it comes down to preference!
You may also be able to gently bend the retention tabs in the housing away from the bulb using a trim tool to help the bulb come loose!

As long as you have halogen interior bulbs, this kit should be compatible, yes!
