- Keep in mind, I don’t hate anything about this bike lol but these are the 5 things that I do dislike.
Crazy I ran into Eric like that!! We talked many time on instagram and he actually has been here for a video shoot before. Which at that time he didn’t know I literally lived down the street from where he shit that video lol super cool dude!!
1. Weight
2. After market parts are minimal
3. Hard seat
4. Bike runs hot
5. Few dealerships
One of the best bikes I’ve ever owned. Never understood why people dislike it. Never had any issues and it’s always such a blast to ride
I know what you mean when you say you feel like you’re sitting on top of the bike as opposed to in it like other bikes and I love that feeling. If the seat is too hard, swap it with a tuono seat, it’s exactly the same seat but they use a softer cushion. And if the bike gets to hot for you drain the coolant and put a 50/50 mix of deionized water/coolant + a bottle of redline water wetter, works wonders. Hope that helps. 😊
I absolutely love my rsv4rf my only issue is the dreaded hot start apart from that it is a fantastic bike to ride what a machine
What passenger seat is that? Lloking for one now. looks more comfortable than the pillion

Weight saving : lithium battery !
Improving handling : move your clip-on 1 inch or so

Man.... I agree with all the points lol, good luck with the quest to lighten, theres just a lot of carbon replacements for plastic, not a lot of big weight items i've found.
I think I warned you about the temps lol, look at the charcoal filter mod to help a little.
The seat, I've seen aftermarket/premium seat options, but I think best bet is going custom, I haven't found a corbin or seat concepts etc for mine :/
if the bike still has the diablo supercorsa tires on it, those add SIGNIFICANTLY to the flickability just because of the gp profile.
dealer distance sucks.... my dealer charges $30 to take the light off.
Puig windscreen helped stiffin the front fairing for me on the tuono.

I have a couple companies that are trying to make me a custom carbon subframe among other things👀
I do love these tires and love the flickability of the bike but I might throw my Dunlop Q5 on it or just a Road5 I’m not sure yet.
I’ve came across a couple nice aftermarket seats but will add height to the riding position due to the extra padding so I’m just gonna leave the seat more then likely lol
@Ghosty_moto I have the 2023 Ape as well. Aprilia sells a comfort seat. On the heat I use engine ice and Samco hoses. I rode it in stop and go traffic and the bike did not cut off from heat. The minute i started moving again the temp went right back down. What map you got? I have Gabro.
How did you get your ram mount to stay? Mine vibrated loose 2 blocks from the house.
@@joyfulpyro2589 I couldn't find the comfort seat anywhere for my '19 Tuono :( Only current model years, deff suggest picking one up while available, they seem to discontinue them quick when something changes!
I can’t believe they don’t have their factory ‘Comfort Gel’ seat like they do for the rs660’s…. And the rs660 doesn’t really even need the option, cuz it’s pretty damn comfy as is!
@SongJLikes mine isn't "toooo" bad, but having the Tuono Factory, the comfort seat would have really made sense...
Aprilia sell a comfort seat for under $200.
My mans gotta get better with his camera settings. Them stills needed more exposure and and a faster shutter. Looked decent tho
What are you complaining about? The weight is perfectly fine. Majority of litre bikes are within the 200kg range. Even with the power to weight ratio its perfectly fine.
Motocomposites has a crap load of carbon fiber parts for the RSV4

rsv4 2 pounds less than new suzuki gsxr but aprilia rsv4 has 17 more hp

Ps- you can attack those warning stickers with a hairdryer and wd-40 for the remaining residue.. then soft soap to remove the wd-40 residue

Don’t know if it’s this bike but at 5:30 one of the 2 red bikes looks like the ones me and my uncle raced against in fort Walton near the dodge dealership in a f8 hellcat

@@GhostyBoosted_ well we weren’t flooring it bc it wasn’t fully tune yet n ion think he was also flooring it but sounded like he kinda was but we won by like half a car kept loosing traction tho that’s why now it has drag tires now 😭😭 pretty sure I might have saw you yesterday in destin around 5 or 6 dk if it was you tho
