Boy how times have changed since I was in high school woodshop. She's building a king size bed, to shack up with her boyfriend. I made a wall shelf for my mom's Mother's Day gift. 😕
@@nathanielp2119 Made one of those too. Kept it for myself and still have it from 1968. Back then the girls were in home ec., sewing & crafts, typing, and we were in machine shop, woodshop, auto shop, and never the twain did meet. Try that today, and the feds will shutdown the entire district, and prosecute the superintendent! 😄
My recovery after I blasted the buck I shot last month, with my handloaded 168 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips in my 30-06 was a cinch. There was more blood in that snow than in a scene from The Chainsaw Massacre. I believe the game warden is still looking for a body.
I see a fence row. Hopefully you're not shooting into someone else's property. That'd be pretty unsafe and unethical. Especially considering seeing that blind in the background. That 450 definitely packs a punch and sends lead a long way.
"No officer, I didn't, nor would I ever shoot or trespass onto private property, without prior written and verifiable approval first; and awareness of my hunt surroundings at all times. Thank you anyway sir for your diligence, cautions, and admonitions. I'm sure you'd never and haven't ever done anything contrary to state game or other civil laws, guidelines, and regulations, unintentionally or otherwise. Your perfect oversight is quite sobering, and worthy of the strictest adherence by all who read your lofty reproving words." 🤨
Great buck but it looked like you loaded your gun before legal hunting hours, which is illegal. I am not pointing this out to harass you, I am doing it to point out a stupid law.
Wow, Ben’s shot was amazing! That deer dropped like flipping a light switch. Perfect!
Awesome video, God Bless our Veterans, God Bless America. John V. Marion Springs, Mi.
As a member of The Fallen Outdoors organization, I love seeing these stories. You guys do a great job of showing lots of veteran themed activities.
Nice work Ovid elslie.. incredible..
My son is currently in Mr. Smiths wood shop class . Ovid- - Elsie has always had a great shop program.
Glad to see yall get a hunt with my dad.
Man that 450 was DECKED! Awesome hunt and an awesome Michigan out of doors
Crazy to see this, I swear those are the same tables in the wood shop as when I was there in 1999😂
Another great show you guys. Great job!

Lol yup
Like I said before, don't live there anymore, but still enjoy watching these and catching up on activities around the state.
Great episode. It's super cool to see Ben take over his dad's class. Nice job on the pass it paid off. Great shot too. 👏👏👏
Fantastic show guys. Looking forward to next week already. 😊
Good video
Beautiful buck in the beginning
The recovery of that deer at 9:30 just goes to show you that those 450s don't leave a good blood trail. 😂
Mine looks like a murder scene after they go down right away

Great show
Too bad the camp can’t have a real bugler.
