I heard it's a bug with shop, where you can quit and all the previous decisions you've made get rolled back without using cost. How do you do it - just hard quit the game? I always wanted to try it to rig one of my runs.
I haven't heard about the bug you're talking about, so I'm not sure how you would do it. What happened here was a crash, if you check the recent announcements the game was crashing whenever you tried to replace a skill.
chef ryoshu support passive heals a flat 15 hp on enemy kill and g corp gregor support passive heals 5 hp after winning a clash. the extra 1hp is probably just due to rounding or something

Fluorescent lamp is an ego gift that gives haste and damage up to 1 (maybe 2 if you upgrade it) ally every turn if there is rupture on an enemy.
