Yolks have to be pricked with a fork tine or a tooth pick first or they explode. I have one of these I bought in the store and I like it. I have cooked other things in it as well and the shape seems better than a mug for cakes and brownies. Gonna try it.

I have this and they come out nothing like these on the video 😂 I wish they actually showed you them cooking the eggs in it rather than showing the ones they’ve clearly made earlier. I do love it though, quick and easy. What they don’t tell you is your eggs will explode in the microwave and when I cook them the omelette eggs shrink down massively 😂
I think the problem is your microwave power level/wattage, it says that if your microwave is over 1000 watt you'll need to reduce the power level to 70% and in some cases 50%.

Showing a pre-cooked dish doesn't count. I wanted to see how this product works in real time for all the recipes. If you don't show how everything works in real time then you are basicly lying about your product.
There's a reason that he doesn't cook them live, pull them out and show you. Because they don't blimmin look like that !!! That's why it's "here's some I prepared (somewhere else) earlier ....

It's okay. Best to soak it, after cooling, to allow the egg remains to wash off.

Did you make sure it was LOCKED and the top vent was OPEN? If so, it would not have been ABLE to explode everywhere.
