People with good communication skills are impressive who knows with whom they are talking .... Who knows how to behave with people appropriately.... When you are talking with boss or employee it's better to keep in mind that you are NOT talking with husband or wife, when you are talking with teacher then it's good to keeping in mind that you are NOT talking with class friend....sometimes crossing line can make you lose respect for other person forever no matter how powerful and knowledgeable that other person is...
I am not sure .... Why your family is rejecting you from being with them ? Maybe u should develep the right question to direct it to them.... To get the right answer.... Maybe, they see from their side...that you do not add anything or contribute anything in their life.... So maybe , relearn or develop some better communication ...to deal with others...
