even if he invested 400 ans spent 200mill on homes hes still bringing home over 20 milla year in interest from his cash investments. 200 mill in homes is max 3-4 mill with upkeep. As long as he isnt buying yachts he will be fine. Let alone that those properties arent just sunk money, real estate holds its value pretty well.
