    Nice can we get some tips from your athletes on how they keep a positive mindset and what kind of “pep talks” they give themselves when in doubt?

      Positive mindset for me always comes from confidence. I have to be confident that my training is preparing me in the best way possible; that I know whatever competition I go into, I'm always prepared and ready to pop a big throw off at any point in time! If some days are off and not feeling quite as snappy, I have to take a step back and realize that my training isn't always going to be pandering towards feeling amazing during practices or lifts. We work to see the bigger picture by making practices and lifting hard so competitions are easy and second nature :)
