Great video - thanks a lot. I do notice a considerable difference between what you clearly measured and what Savox published in their specs. I am thinking about getting the 2270 and wonder how far their specs deviate from reality. Any idea on that?
@@WTFRCCars I used a Savox SC1258TG for a 1/7 buggy (Asuga XLR), but I switched today to 150mm monster tires, and the servo is not strong enough, so I was thinking of the Savox 2292 to retain the lightspeed while providing enough torque!
The best servos I have run are the ludicrous and AGFRC and surprisingly not the most expensive but always performing as good or better than advertised and never had any issues with them, I'd look for something around 30kg and below 0.08 speed @7.4v Something like this should serve you well £86.34 | AGFRC SA33 High Torque Speed 33KG 0.068Sec Aluminum Case Short Waterproof Smart Servo for 1/10 RC Models Arrma Kraton a.aliexpress.com/_mMdz7KI
what do you think is the beat steering servo for a 1/8 ebuggy that you have used/tested?
Yantrs, agfrc, ludicrous Lipos all of them would work fine in 1:8 just get a 27 to 30kg brushless and ya good to go

There are better servos on the market than savox for the price AGFRC are far better
@@WTFRCCars Would you have a servo in mind that could be an alternative? (Thank you for the review!)
What do you want to fit the servo in ? As in which RC ?

@francoismuller9735 The AGFRC A18BHS is almost exactly the same spec but only 2/3 of the price worth a look :)
I will be getting a couple of these for my ebuggy and etruggy for racing this summer.
There good but the AGFrc and ludicrous are better and cheaper ;) I have reviewed a few of each of them.
@@WTFRCCars I prefer savox more since I have used them for 6yrs. And I can get them from my local hobby shop.
They are good we have a few savox their just noisy as hell lol
Nice video, which servo would you recommend for kyosho mp777 accelerator and brake ? price not and issue. Will appreciate your input.

you should compare that servo to a LUDICROUS 49kg which are £85
If I had one I would be happy too :)
Thats another rebrand AGFrc servo...they are decent but if you have a problem their CS sucks!
for starters, my customer services is top notch, secondly you said the exact same thing in the LUDICROUS servo test!! broken record much..
Screeeeeeeetshhh..hello I am a Savöx😂
Yeh cracking servos but my god quite they ain't lol
What do you think about how hot it gets? Do you think that adversely affects its durability?
@MrNebRebew The hotter a magnet gets the sooner it will lose magnesium and fail so more heat less reliable
