Thank you man, this has given me answers and knowledge to my problem. I have the sc10 pro4 and want to reduce the amount of muck and dirt getting everywhere inside. The stock sc shell is great but I would very much like to try a more narrow body such as the one you have used. Thanks again chap.
Thats a great simple conversion, looking foward to you running it & your thoughts. I have both the MT10 & the SC10 Pro4 & love both trucks. These 2 Associated trucks are not just very good trucks, but also great value for money in my opinion. I might just have to get myself a second SC10 Pro4 truck & do this conversion, as i love the truck in its short course version so much.
I agree ! These trucks are great I am going to get another pro4 there is a new general tire one coming out with new paint scheme !
I have the pro4 its on the bench now getting rpm a arm and new diff fluid, big clean up. I also have the mt10 coming for my wife, it will be her first ever rc, this video is awesome I'm now thinking of getting another pro 4 and do this and put a clear bigrock body painted up custom
I was thinking about picking up the the LWB chassis and swapping my MT10 onto it...I'm curious so hear how it handles. Looking forward to your review!

I couldn't decide between the Pro4 SC10 or the Rival MT so I got the pro4 SC10 thinking I might go to a track (18 months and still haven't been to a track) and hoping it would be an easy conversion to an MT if I regretted my decision. The PRo4 is excellent but wanting to give the MT a try. Thrilled to find out it's easy _and_ that it is reversible! Thanks for the detailed steps.

Yes they swap right over you will also need a center drive shaft

I'm looking into this truck as 1/10 basher. Really like this conversion! Would Pro-Line Tundra sct fit? Is there 17mm wheel adapter for this truck? Thanks for posting this video 👍🏾
The tundra body will fit the pro 4 and I am not sure of 17mm wheel adapters but was going to try ones for the stampede 4x4
Supposedly hot racings for the stampede fit.
What other bodies fit. My son's ready to swap to this conversion but I'm not sure on the bodies.
I think arrma big rock bodies should fit they are extended longer but the body post holes will not be the same . the proline gladiator for short course is what have not to many choices the proline Megalodon body might also work
Can I convert the rival mt10 to the SC10?
Yes you can you would need Sc10 long chassis and drive shaft . Front and rear bumper sets body ,wheels and tires .
@@metalrc would it work if I just kept the chassis and just put on the bumper body and tires
A short course body is a lot longer 1 3/4 inches longer so the wheels would not line up with the body
@@metalrc I had no idea that it would be that much longer I thought it was just like a 1 inch differences thanks I’ll think about the conversion
